"Perfect beach and pool/hot tub access. Close to shops and food. - We loved that it's just across the road from the beach. Super close to food and shops. Took less than 5 minutes to get to the beach with codes for everything. The beach was private and no one was there. We stayed right before Labor day weekend. Perfect time to go for having the beach and pool to yourself. Everything was so clean inside the rental, no issues. Staff replied to text quickly for questions we had. Cleaning crews out by the pool kept everything cleaned daily. Safe and close to everything, we will definitely be back next year! "

"Pleasant - Nice clean apartment. Had all we needed. Kitchen had no cupboard space for pantry items. Kind of bare bones, no coffee, salt, pepper etc. no real complaints. Management company Real Joy sends way too many messages and emails. They were very helpful on the phone when we accidentally went to the wrong building."

"Awesome Location - This condo is in a wonderful location for daily walks, beach, and pool sessions. The property has tennis courts, 3 pools, and a wonderful coffee shop just steps away. We loved it. The condo was very clean. The bunkbeds are likely best for just children, although we did have one adult stay in them."

"My stay was excellent. I arrived on Sunday and couldn’t access Wi-Fi. I called RealJoy expecting a recording but got a very helpful lady. I had searched to find router but couldn’t locate. She told me location of router and I was able to get WI-FI. Unusual for Sunday late. I was very appreciative of her response and friendly attitude. The condo was easy access with great view and parking. I highly recommend. "

"Best little place - This was the perfect little place for us! The condo was great, clean and near everything we needed. We were right across from the beach and could see the water from the balcony! "we really enjoyed our stay here! it was my husband, our 1 year old and myself. it was a perfect space for her to roam around. we could hear the people above us the first night but thankfully no more after that. one night my husband was chasing around our daughter, and a woman from the room below us knocked on our door because she said we were rattling their light fixtures. the location was great, we were able to walk to many good restaurants and shopping, the beach and 2 pools. we preferred the pool in front of the Caribbean because it was a little bigger and nicer. it wasn't really clear where we were supposed to go at the beach. there was a sign for gulf place guests to go in front of some villas but there was no sign that told us where those were so we just picked out a spot. we had what we needed for our stay and have no complaints! would stay here again"

"This property is clean and lovely with a comfy king-sized bed, full bath, and a cute cubby with two twin beds and an extra half-bath. The living room furniture was substantial; the kitchen had everything we needed. The beautiful white sand beach is just a short walk across the street. Chairs and umbrellas, bikes and more are available for rent. Just a small request - the large slider over the balcony needs some attention - it was very hard to open. Also, there were no hangers in the closets! There's a great selection of restaurants and shops adjacent to the property. We ate at Shelby's, Pizza by the Sea and Sunrise Coffee -- All were great! With bikes, umbrellas and chairs nearby for rent, this place has all you need! It's perfect for a couple with children, or a girls' trip. Grayton Beach is also lovely, and a short bike ride away We loved our stay!"

"Great Location! - I grew up vacationing on 30A with my family and have stayed from to end to the other. If you are looking for a place that’s a walk across the street to the beach and don’t have 99 steps to pack mule your gear up and down this is your place. We enjoy the fact that we can walk to several restaurants and never have to load the kids up. The condo is very clean and has the basic essentials. You won’t regret staying."

"Gulf Place Cabanas - We went for a short weekend over Mardi Gras. The location is ideal. Everything you could want is in Gulf Place. We had pizza at Pizza by the Sea and breakfast at the Perfect Pig. We played tennis and took a dip in the heated pool. It was very nice."

"Our new favorite spot! - Owners are super easy to work with and great communicators! Will never stay in Seaside or Watercolor again. "Great Stay - We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place. The shops and restaurants are great an came in handy during our rainy stay! My only complaint was the cable service. It is not user friendly and I couldn’t get it to work. Typically not an issue between don’t go to the beach to sit inside and watch tv. But, on this rainy weekend, it would have been a nice option."

"We had a nice stay. The place was clean and location was great. Beach access across the street. Steps away from a lovely local coffee shop. The only thing we had an issue was checking in. The process was a bit confusing and not what I am used to. I would suggest if you decide to stay here. Check the instructions before getting there. Took long to finally get access to the unit. They were very nice about offering a couple of different options for the inconvenience. Although we didn't take advantage of it due to the short length of stay, it was very much appreciated, Overall I would recommend."
