Welcome to Hallie's House in the serene Forest Lakes neighborhood of Blue Mountain! This charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat offers a peaceful escape from everyday life. As you drive through the gated entrance and along the tree-lined cobblestone streets, you’ll immediately feel the calming atmosphere. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious master king bedroom. Upstairs, there are two guest rooms: one with a cozy queen bed and another featuring two sets of twin-over-queen bunk beds, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from your morning coffee to a gourmet dinner. Enjoy your coffee on the porch swing, soaking in the natural beauty that surrounds you. Forest Lakes neighborhood has an idyllic setting overlooking a peaceful lake with thousands of acres of state forest bordering the community. Completely secluded and quiet, it's hard to believe Highway 30A is just down the road and offers quick access to all the amenities you could desire in this South Santa Rosa Beach location. The recently renovated community pools offer for a relaxing dip after a long day at the beach. Make memories on the fishable lake, that's catch and release, and there's also a lovely, covered picnic area with grills, as well as a playground for the kiddos. Blue Mountain Beach is just to the east, and the shops, entertainment, and dining venues of Gulf Place Town Center are a short drive to the west. Incredible white sand beaches are a few minutes down the road.

Hallie's House is Dog-Friendly and welcomes up to two dogs, each with a weight limit of 100 pounds. If you're traveling with a pet, please contact our reservations team within 24 hours of booking. Guests will be responsible for a non-refundable pet fee.

Area Attractions:

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Hallie House is a gem tucked away in secluded beauty. The location itself is quite the experience: biking through the neighborhood with our older children, lounging by the exquisite pool, snuggled up to watch
a film, and more. Truly, the Hallie House is more wonderful than what one might imagine. From the time of arrival, we were set in a beautiful setting filled with everything we would need. This home will be a repeat for us, Lord willing. We hope to visit long and often. This is one stay that will mark your family's memory bank with a lot of manifold goodness.

This place was awesome. We booked at the last minute due to another place not working out and literally this place was magical. It was so beautiful and had so much character. 5-8 min walk to the beach and if you love to take walks like me the neighborhood was so breathtaking to walk through in the morning. We brought my 5 month baby and she even left a book out for us! It was so clean and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back again.

Peaceful, relaxing setting, with so much to do for kids!

We truly enjoyed our time at Hallie's House. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and full of nature. Our kids loved riding bikes in the community, and this home is very close to both the pool and the playground. Both the front and back porches are perfect for morning coffee or evening wine, and the location is close to many beaches and all 30A has to offer. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay @ Hallie’s House. The neighborhood feels secluded amongst so many trees yet is a short walk to the beach. The home is cozy with such positive energy. We felt right at home.
