The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods. Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"For a perfect stay on 30A! - Very clean and close to the beach! I also loved access to the pool and to the bikes to ride around town. This was my first stay on 30A and I'll definitely be back!
Internet went out and I had to work. However, we reset the router and never had any other issues. Also, the people upstairs were very loud and kept us up until very late."

"The condo was very clean. The a/c was not working when we arrived, but they had someone there to fix it within an hour. Blown fuse- fixed and was working great after that! I would ask to provide a dust pan to go with the broom so people can keep the floors clean, but we made do. Definitely will book here again."

"My only complaint and it’s not even a complaint, more like a suggestion that would make this place perfect. I suggest getting new mattresses- preferably without springs. the mattresses and sheets were not very comfortable but we were so tired it really didn’t matter. The sheets and comforters are polyester and they tend to get very hot in the night. Also a few extra blankets would be nice. Other than that it was a fabulous stay and can’t wait to stay here again."

"This unit is amazing! It is clean, super close to the beach, and updated! We really can’t recommend a place more! That being said, and I think this was mentioned before in a review: you need to provide everything when it comes to the kitchen. There was no salt or pepper. There were no coffee filters. "We enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and neat when we arrived. It is very close to beach accesses, restaurants and shops. The condo had pretty much everything we needed. There is not any drawers in either room to put away your clothes. A couple of hangers were available and hung up what we could. We bought food and snacks for the days we were there, but no pantry or cabinet space for dry food. We had to set it all on the counter. Also, there was a note not to adjust the temperature below 70°. For the amount we paid for the condo, I think guest should be allowed to adjust the temperature to their liking. The last full day we were there was the hottest, so the night was warmer and couldn’t adjust the temp. The internet was spotty. They offered Netflix, Disney+, but couldn’t watch an entire movie without the internet being interrupted. And, couldn’t figure out the guide for the TV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"such a cute place to stay! highly recommend it and plan to come back in the future. perfect location between the beach and restaurants in town, with an easy walk to both. the only thing I'd recommend when staying here is to plan to bring everything, especially if you plan to cook meals here. coffee filters, cooking spray/oil, garbage bags - things you maybe wouldn't think of aren't supplied at the rental. this could just be a COVID precaution, so it may not be their normal, but just a heads up!"
