"Return to the Gulf - The property is well kept and so close to the beach. This is our third or fourth trip to it. There are a couple of comments about the rental. The wall lights on either side of the bed do not work. The ice maker did not make ice so we turned it off and bought a bag of ice. Instructions for the dish washer were hard to follow since the control button labeling has worn off. Really would have liked to have had wifi. None of these a complaints - just comments."

"Awesome place, the stay was a perfect home away from home while staying at the beach for a calm vacation. The location is super nice for going to the beach as it's about a 2-5 min walk depending if you have a lot to carry or cart (but so worth it). It had a great pool which we took advantage of. Super close to good shops and restaurants. We also drove to Destin and PCB which was a 20-45 min drive each way. Good central location if you're wanting to go out to dinner, but the kitchen is super cute to cook instead of going out. We will be back sometime!"

"Perfect location - Great location steps from the beach! We’ve stayed in the area several times before and I was shocked at how close the beach was to this property. No need to drag bags and umbrellas when you can simply walk right back to the condo! It is a smaller unit designed for two people but perfect for us! Only regret is that we didn’t book for longer!"

"Great find! This place was the perfect getaway! So much to do at inlet beach. The bikes that are included were the perfect touch and we biked a short distance through the beautiful homes and trees of inlet beach and rosemary beach. We were out and about majority of our stay, so this place held the two of us and our things well! It was a little stuffy upon arrival but the closet in the bedroom had fans and this solved the problem immediately! Thanks for the great stay!"

"Relaxing beach vacation - Pros: We loved it overall. Very pretty and comfortable. Nice area closing to the beach. Decent pool area.
Cons: Hardly any closet space at all. Definitely not enough for a family. The cleaning people need to vacuum sand better especially off furniture, the couch had so much sand we placed the clean sheet on it to sit on.

"Price and location hard to beat. This place is a stones throw from a low key and private beach. Easy walk with a family. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. Ice maker is very slow so be sure to buy your own ice. Private pool is nice and parking was plentiful. Bedroom gets warm at night and we stayed mid April. Would be nice if they added a mini split. Overall good value for the price and proximity to beach."

"Well Renovated Condo - We had a great experience and if we come back to Inlet Beach will consider staying again! We had a couple things that would have been nice to know before checking in. The TV worked great for streaming but the router/wifi name given did not for a laptop/iphone connection. Also, condo sleeps 4 but there were only 2 pillows to be found in the entire unit. Condo was newly renovated and was cleaned spotless. The AC unit is in the back of the condo and overhead fans helped with circulation. Proximity to beach is hard to beat! Overall a great experience!"

"Pros: Great location, easy to access beach without any hassle, great on site parking that was well lit, pool was very clean and quiet complex at night. Near all necessities.

"Perfect space for 2 and great location! So close to the beach (3 min walk to the inlet beach access). The property comes with beach chairs too which was a welcomed surprise. But you can rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach too. Super stylish interior (pics are 100% accurate). We enjoyed our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. This property is also located the perfect distance from PCB and Rosemary beach, right in the middle. Thanks RealJoy!"

"It is a super cute apartment! A lot smaller than I expected from looking at the pictures. It is in a family-friendly area. It has a perfect location, as it is a minute walk from the beach. The bikes are a fun addition to the place as well! My husband and I enjoyed riding around the neighborhood as well as walking to the beach to catch the sunset.
The shower has amazing water pressure. The bed is a bit springy for our liking but still comfortable. It was the perfect space for 2 people!"
