Keeping It Reel on 30A is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach house that is the perfect vacation getaway for your family and friends. You will love hanging in the backyard around the firepit or under the covered porch. The chef in your group will love the modern kitchen filled with ample storage space to put things for your group's next meal. There is ample seating in the dining area as well. On the first floor you will have a king guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom and the living room has a sleeper sofa. On the second floor, you will find the master king bedroom and a sleeper sofa with an en suite bathroom and a king guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom which makes this home sleep up to 10 comfortably. Ventana Dunes is a charming village of Blue Mountain Beach, tucked between Highway 30A and hundreds of acres of State Forest. Ventana Dunes is convenient to the beach, shopping, and other hotspots while still being quiet and secluded. You will love the charming community pool and taking a stroll to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a delicious treat. This community is centrally located, making it easy driving distance to many locations including the neighboring communities of WaterColor and Seaside.

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald, green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house has a great floor plan for larger groups - spacious bedrooms + plenty of space to spread out when you need a little break from peopling - loved how big the kitchen was and it had ample storage. Great furnishings - you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details of the house. Comfortable furniture and beds.
As far as a rental goes - I would have loved to see the same level of detail matched as a rental. You have a few items available to get you going for the week but you run out of that first roll of TP quickly, so come prepared. Other items you'll need to be sure to bring are trash bags, salt and pepper, hand soap for the bathrooms + kitchen, personal shampoo and conditioner and blow-dryer.
