Welcome to a luxury beach experience! Legacy 502 is a stunning 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in Legacy Condos located on Hwy 30A. Situated in Seagrove Beach and only minutes from Seaside, this bright, 3-story townhome features tile and hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and two extended balconies for enjoying the Gulf Views! The first floor of the townhome offers a guest bedroom suite with a full-over-full bunk bed. This downstairs bedroom is accessed through the garage and also offers a bathroom and direct access to the gated community pool. On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. You'll also find a twin bed in the sleeping nook on the third floor making this condo sleep 6 comfortably. Relax on one of the balconies, catch some sun at the pool, or hop on the bikes and explore the Seaside! Have long-lasting memories by making Legacy 502 your next beach vacation.

Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5-mile drive or bike ride away!
Area Attractions:
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous and its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

No one should have any hesitation about staying here.
Two points:
The bunk area is located through the garage - our kids loved the privacy.
In other reviews there was mention that there were two chairs and umbrella available at the beach for this unit. This was not the case for our stay. Not a big deal but just a point of note - perhaps we read wrong as well etc."
