Also, please only utilize the two private pools gated on the premises of Legacy Townhomes where staying. Legacy Townhome owners and guests are not allowed to use the Legacy Condominium pool located behind the Legacy Condominium building. Please enjoy your private boardwalk to paradise and utilize the public beaches to the right and left of the private Legacy boardwalk for fun in the sun. **
Welcome to a luxury beach experience! Legacy 505 - Pearl by the Sea is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in Legacy Condos located right on Hwy 30A. Situated in Seagrove Beach and only minutes from Seaside, this bright, 3-story townhome features tile and hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and two extended balconies for enjoying the Gulf Views! The first floor of the townhome offers a guest bedroom with a Queen-over-Quenn bunk bed and a second guest bedroom with a Queen bed. On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with a King bed and a large ensuite bathroom, complete with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. You'll also find a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed in the sleeping nook on the third floor. Relax on one of the balconies, catch some sun at the pool, or hop on the bikes and explore Seaside! Legacy Condos is a low-rise, beachfront community on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. This 4-story, 16 unit complex offers the ultimate form of relaxation and luxury with large Gulf Front balconies that overlook the emerald waters. Enjoy the security of a gated entrance and splash around in the beachside community pool! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5 miles drive or bike ride away!
Area Attractions:
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Spring Break 2023 - We had a wonderful time! This property is located in a very convenient location, was very clean, and nicely kept. We will definitely return.
The only thing I would change is some sort of way to lock the downstairs bathroom door (exterior door)…just would like to have that more secured since our kids slept down there."

"This place had was perfect for our family of six. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone which was a big plus!! It has a private access to the beach just for its specified area. It also sits in just the right spot, not far at all from Seaside Square on one side, Panama, great food and more on the other side. All are a short distance from your stay!"

"LOVE! Basically right on a private beach. They have a few beach chairs and a beach wagon (lifesaver) for use. The place was very clean and decor was awesome! Note that you have to walk through the bedroom with the queen bunks to get to the other downstairs bedroom or the garage! Twin bunks would’ve been great for small kids! We will definitely be back!"

"The condo was very nice! - We loved the location and the condo was very nice. Huge TVs ; Up to date decor; Super super close to beach access. We didn’t use the pool because it was a bit chilly and we couldn’t get in bc we didn’t have a code. Everything was great other than the neighed barking dog. The dog barked all day and night. The neighbor also tried to spray paint a chair near my car. He stopped for a few days but his wife did it again after a few days so I wasn’t a fan of the people next door. I realize this isn’t in the owners control."
