"Annual Girls Trip - Working with Real Joy was very simple and they were in touch with us several times to make sure everything was as expected. We will definitely rent from them again. 5 stars. The only reason for a 4 star on cleanliness is because it is an older unit and could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating. Everything was in excellent working order. The mattresses were typical of a rental unit but not terrible. We slept well."

"Great - It was beautiful. Our only complaint was all those tents that were put up caused the people next door to come to our side of the beach. But we know there’s nothing anybody could do about that. We had a good time and I loved that I could go to the balcony from my room. We loved all the rooms in the condo. ."

"This place has the ultimate view and plenty of space. If that’s what you are looking for. Everything was great except a few minor things we noticed. There wasn’t an extra trash bag so that was a minor inconvenience. The bath tubs were slightly dirty so we didn’t want to give our baby a bath in them. However I’m sure most people that just take showers wouldn’t find it an issue. The rug in the living room was dirty. It either needs shampooed or tossed. Also the cable in one of the bedrooms did not work. There were two coffee pots but only one worked. I suppose that’s why there was two. Overall great stay recommend it for the views."

"Long Beach Resort Tower 1 - Overall the stay was good. The resort and room were as described. The condo we were in was a bit outdated , but everything was in working order and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing beats the view from the room of the Gulf. The resort was busy but never felt over crowded even during the Spring Week that we were there. It was also a very quiet at night very family friendly. We would stay at this resort again if we ever were to return to Panama Beach. My only complaint would be at least an additional hour or two more for check out. It was a bit early."
