Welcome to Long Beach Resort 1-1203. A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf front condo with spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the gulf front views from each room and living area. Wake up with a delicious cup of coffee while breathing in the salty sea air on the large balcony. Have the chef of the party whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Plenty of seating is available between a dining table and bar stools to seat an additional 2 people, With a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest room, this 12th-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Long Beach Resort is a beachfront condominium offering a variety of fantastic amenities for you to take advantage of during your getaway on the Gulf Coast. "Great - It was beautiful. Our only complaint was all those tents that were put up caused the people next door to come to our side of the beach. But we know there’s nothing anybody could do about that. We had a good time and I loved that I could go to the balcony from my room. We loved all the rooms in the condo. ."

"Beautiful views and super well kept - We went as 2 couples and it was such a great time! Each bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and the walk to the beach was the shortest walk I have ever had to do! It is very clean and well kept! We will absolutely be back!"

"1st cousins getaway - This unit was great and large enough for 6 50+ ladies. Check in and out was easy. The unit was clean, a little dated but it was fine for us. We will rent again when we return to Panama City Beach"

"This place has the ultimate view and plenty of space. If that’s what you are looking for. Everything was great except a few minor things we noticed. There wasn’t an extra trash bag so that was a minor inconvenience. The bath tubs were slightly dirty so we didn’t want to give our baby a bath in them. However I’m sure most people that just take showers wouldn’t find it an issue. The rug in the living room was dirty. It either needs shampooed or tossed. Also the cable in one of the bedrooms did not work. There were two coffee pots but only one worked. I suppose that’s why there was two. Overall great stay recommend it for the views."

"Long Beach Resort Tower 1 - Overall the stay was good. The resort and room were as described. The condo we were in was a bit outdated , but everything was in working order and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing beats the view from the room of the Gulf. The resort was busy but never felt over crowded even during the Spring Week that we were there. It was also a very quiet at night very family friendly. We would stay at this resort again if we ever were to return to Panama Beach. My only complaint would be at least an additional hour or two more for check out. It was a bit early."
