"Perfect Mini Vacation - Great property to stay at. Condo was nice and clean and just like the pictures. Had a minor hiccup with a parking pass but it was handled in a matter of minutes by RealJoy Vacations. Could not ask for better customer service. Highly recommend staying at this property. "Steps from the beach. 2nd floor condo, so we took the stairs a lot. The elevator waits weren’t long at all, except at check in/out. So that’s awesome. Condo had enough room for the max amount allowed. Kitchen was stocked. The kids loved the pools. We spent a lot of time there bc of double red flags. The beaches weren’t horribly crowded. The only thing that really happened was how whoever cleaned the bleaches in the evenings took all of our chairs and umbrellas and threw some in the trash, some beside the trash can and the rest I found was the stolen stuff from other guests. I never saw any sign saying have your belongings off by a certain time, etc. Out area was tidy and we were shocked and mad when we went down to crab hunt and get our things. I’ve never had a problem leaving chairs and a canopy out over night at any beach place I’ve stayed ever. Out about $150 bc of that."

"The location could not be beat! Close to all the restaurants and entertainment spots, yet the resort itself was spread out enough that the beach space was not overly crowded. Our condo was on the second floor which made for a breeze getting in and out of with kids while still having a great view of the entire beach. Having the choice of two pools was wonderful for keeping things exciting for the kids. The host was responsive and the condo was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. It was a wonderful stay!!"

"Real Joy was so great to work with! Upon arrival, Saturday evening, there was a problem with an appliance. By Sunday afternoon a repairman had come and repaired the appliance.
Real Joy also checked in with us to make sure all was going well and if we needed anything.
We will definitely use Real Joy when we return!"

Parking
View (amazing)
Easy access to beach and showers to rinse off before heading back to condo
Convenience to pool/bar
Awesome walk in showers in 2 bedrooms
Furnished Balcony
Kitchen with all you need to cook for the week
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
TV’s in all rooms
Nice washer and dryer
Cons:
Unit is on 2nd floor so you will hear those hanging at the pool/spa - we had a few loud nights
Beds are really soft, so if you like a firm mattress, sleep may not be comfortable
Bath towels are small and don’t cover your body if you’re an adult
Bedding could use an update
The cons would not sway me from staying here again. I truly enjoy Long Beach resort. We have stayed here a few times now and the resort is one of convenience especially for those with kids that will be using the pool/s often and going back and forth from condo and the beach."

"Beach Getaway - We were happy with the unit in which we stayed. It easily accommodated our party of 6. There were 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and another room with 2 queen beds. The unit was nicely decorated for a beachy feel. There were several remote controls for the TVs which confused us a little, but we got our TVs working. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items we needed. There was a crock pot, pots and pans, and all the utensils we needed. We would definitely stay in this unit again."

"Long Beach vacation June 2022 - We had a great stay at our vacation at Long Beach Resort. Our unit was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in.. Lots of room and seats for all. Even the floors were clean - the condo had a little bit of everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Being on the 2nd floor, sometimes the people in the pool below could be loud at bedtime in the room next to it. Other than that it was great, you were only on the 2nd floor and could take the stairs and avoid the elevators if needed too"

"Condo was really nice! - Very clean, great location. One of the air units wasn't working when we got there. The maintenance personnel was great. The guy came at 1:30 in the morning to check the unit, and the repair guy was there the next morning to fix the issue, and we had no problems after that. Overall was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"This place was beautiful! From the moment you walk in the views set the tone for your stay. Beach views and balcony access from each room made for such a relaxing stay. It is very spacious with plenty of room to move around. My dad uses a walker so this was important for us. The beach/pool accessories were an added bonuses. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again."

"The condo was amazing!! View was absolutely stunning! Very spacious. Only issue was checkin. The checkin email never arrived so was able to get login information from calling the maintenance number and was able to get into unit. Everything else was FANTASTIC!!!"
