"Exceptional - Location. 2 beds in guest room.
Kitchen needs improvement. There was not 1 complimentary coffee filter to get us started so we needed to make a trip to grocery to get by after trip down there. The coffee pot ended up not working. First it would not keep the time so the programmed morning coffee was made in the middle of the night. We unplugged it the next nights. Then coffee would not filter on 4th morning and ran all over. The clock also ceased to work completely. The items in the kitchen could be improved. No stock pot for shrimp boil. Little pots only. Only 1 big pot holder glove so removing pans from over was iffy since you had to hold one side with towel. Unsafe! The owners locked the pantry in kitchen so groceries sat all over kitchen counters and DR table. There was on 4 of us and things sat everywhere so for 6...I guess you could sleep with some of your groceries. The tongs were slightly longer that my hand so the heat was pretty uncomfortable, especially turning bacon. No water pitcher in house so nothing for kool-aid or instant tea. No shelf for items in bathroom and nothing under the sink to place your items. There are no drawers at master sink so that is very inconvenient. There is enough money from rentals to at least make it comfortable. Maybe the owners need some advice in this area since they can't, or haven't, viewed it from a renters point of view. I travel a lot and the lack of comforts is not aporeciated. Make some improvements and it would be worth the price."

"Great time at the Beach! - Individual unit was great, wonderful view and had all utensils, cookware, and accessories. Pool was fine, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Beach access can’t be beat…. Proximity to chair/umbrella rental was perfect. As long as you plan better than we did, you’ll have an awesome time!"

"Great stay in Miramar Beach! You can’t beat the location and the balcony views ! I loved that there was a parking garage with an attendant at the gate and even getting to the pool requires a passcode so no one is wandering in off the street. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Could probably use a little updating but we were very happy with our stay."

"My kids and I had a great time. - I like that it was an easy check in. Get the passcode and go straight to your room no lines to wait on to check in.
I didn’t like we have to go to the other building to walk out to the beach. I wish there was a door on the 1st floor like in majestic B. Also 1 of the hot tubs was not hot so the hot tub below our room stayed packed. Other people complained about that too."

"Beautiful view - This property was beautiful. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony and also enjoy a dolphin cruise just 8 miles from the condo. Plenty of options for food and some within walking distance. Will definitely be staying in destin again!!

"The condo was very nice and we had a great time. About 30 min prior to check in you’ll get a room code. If you have any trouble during your stay the number they provide always get you a hold of someone that can help. Once you arrive, you will drive through the gate and the attendant will give you a temporary parking pass. Your more permanent one will be in the room. If you are looking at the building from the beach, the room is on the 10th floor to the right of the pool (just above the hot tub on the right side). To access the pool you go down to the first floor, go to the right past the reception desk, outside for a short walk and it’s on the left. The pool room is a little muggy and warm but nice. When you go outside you will find a gate that you can go out of to get to the beach.
Review in this room is absolutely fantastic. We loved how the porch was protected from the wind and no matter the time of day there will be a shady and sunny area on the porch. The king size bed was soft and very comfortable. The two full-size beds were more firm and not as comfortable but definitely doable. The room with the double beds is a little tight in regards to the walkway to the bathroom. It’s probably better suited for children rather than adults But we still managed to have a great time and it didn’t bother us. It is possible that someone would hear some road noise from the living room at night when traffic may still be present, but we had no one sleep in there so it wasn’t an issue for us and when we did stay up late I noticed it died down. The room came furnished with a smart TV, many big books to choose from, a few different beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some other things for the beach. I also very much appreciated the fact that the room had a big box fan because we like a little bit of noise when we sleep. there were some hangers in each closet, may be like 10 in each, but if you need more than that I would bring some. The quilts on the bed aren’t that thick so if you tend to keep it cool at night and want heavier coverage, bring a blanket. On all this was a fantastic condo and we had a great time. I love that you can look out the doors and see/hear the ocean, and that the walk to the beach is not bad at all. We also love how there are some fun shops and restaurants within walking distance. Certainly a great place to ride a bike around and there are places to store your bike. There were plenty of carts in the lobby to help get your stuff to your room. And I like that the location was between Destin and Santa Rosa. Plenty of fun places to go eat."
