"1708 was everything we dreamed of and more. Beautifully updated space and super clean, looked just as pictured. Wifi worked great for the huge TV in the livingroom. Big comfortable couch & master bed was so comfy compared to other places we have stayed before. Huge balcony, plenty of space with great lounge chairs and seating area for eating/game night. Also grocery cart was a HUGE + helping unload and load up. Easy check in, and not a million things you have to do prior to checkout. Not surrounded by big condos so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The ONLY thing I could complain about is the air can not be put below 70 and we are an air on 68 when sleeping type of family, but it was a bonus that each room has a ceiling fan so it wasn’t bad at all. We will 10000% be staying here again and I highly highly recommend this condo/unit!!!! Also communication was easy and fast thru text messaging the whole time which was so much more convenient than email or phone call! Book this unit!!!!"

"The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Great size for our family of 4 with 2 little ones (4 yrs and 4 mos), and great proximity to the beach and local attractions. One of the listing pictures included a beach wagon. This was going to be a crucial part of the trip. However, when we checked in, there was no wagon. I contacted the host, and they bought a new wagon for us to use. I greatly appreciate the response. We will definitely use this condo again!!"

"Great View (Parking Tip) - The condo was great and we would stay here again. The parking spot is up against a wall making it very difficult to get in and out if there are cars parked behind you. I didn't think about it until the last day, but I wish I would have parked in the overflow parking to avoid this.
Also, maybe it was mentioned and I forgot, but the condo does come with a couple beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and a cart that can be used to wheel stuff to and from the car (not for beach use).
Would be great if they left laundry detergent instead of having to buy one for a single load."

"Absolutely Perfect - Our mini spring break vacation was absolutely fantastic! The property was clean, security guard at the parking lot was pleasant. We had one parking pass with our unit, with an assigned spot. We had a 2nd car that we had to purchase a $20 parking pass for the overflow lot. (Conveniently located across the street) Great location, walking distance to many places. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, kitchen well stocked, and beds were comfortable. "May 2023 Beach Trip - This condo is amazing! Recently renovated with top-of-the-line stuff. The kitchen appliances, the sofa, the TVs, the mattresses, the flooring, it all feels brand new and super nice. The balcony view is fantastic. Location is incredible, the beach was never crowded despite being Memorial Day week. It’s also walking distance to Runaway Island, the best beachfront restaurant in PCB. No major or even minor issues with this room - other than the beach cart only having 3 wheels and there not being any luggage carts in the building. The condo itself is the nicest spot we’ve ever stayed at in PCB and we plan to this unit to come back next year."

"Family vacation - Property was great, we got there right at 4:00 on the dot for check in. Once we got into room we found the master bedroom bed hadn’t been made yet. We called property manager and they sent someone out while we went to gather groceries at the grocery down the street. Our advise to management is don’t release door codes until unit is fully ready. Other than that we had a great time during our stay. Check out Jubilee fishing charter if you want to catch some fish while your there."

"Breathtaking View! - The property is everything just as shown in the pictures. Lots of food places and things to do in walking distances. The condo is very spacious for my family of 5. We loved the large balcony with a great view! It was great that you didn't have to check in at a front desk. They do not have luggage carts. I would highly recommend to bring a wagon with large tires (to make it thru the sand) to haul stuff up and down to the beach. The condo was clean and we didn't have any issues. There are sand toys so we didn't have to bring out own. I asked about beach chairs and was told there were none in the condo but in fact there were some. Wished I didn't have to bring our own. They do have a beach chair & umbrella service right outside the condo. We had never been to PCB. We had a great time and will be back to this condo!"

"Vacay - Stay was great even though the ocean with closed the whole nine days we were there. The day we arrived we wasn’t able to check in until exactly 4 o’clock. We went ahead and bought our groceries while we were waiting. That was a bad idea because there was no cart On the property. I would definitely acquire a cart for your guest. Or at least let them know ahead of time."

"Great place! - We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and we were happy to see there were chairs and sand toys available to take down to the beach. We left all of that at home and really didn't want to purchase any. The whole condo was clean, well kept, well stocked with cooking supplies and the decor is super cute! We also loved having the tables and chairs out on the balcony. We ate breakfast there every morning and dinner as well. Definitely recommend!"

"spring break - we are had a great time , my 10 year old granddaughter lost her yellow band because it was too large and she read the note saying I had had to pay 25.00 she started crying offering to pay it ouit her savings... Over all excellent spring break, oh parking can be tricky if there are 3 large cars in your reserved parking spaces...

"Fantastic Condo! - My children and I enjoyed our stay for our spring break vacation. We were excited to see the beach chairs and sand toys. The condo was clean and well stocked with cooking items. The beds were all comfortable and the spacious balcony was gorgeous. We saw dolphins, a shark (eek!) and stingrays from our vantage point. Highly recommend!"

"Cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. - Our condo was delightful. It was extremely clean with plenty of everything we needed. The water pressure was amazing. The only drawback with the unit is that there were no carts to use to get items up to the condo. I did go to Walmart and buy a cart to get groceries, water and heaver items up to the unit. Communication with management was extremely difficult but when I could get in touch with them they were very nice. Could never connect to the internet because the information provided in the condo did not work. There was very little information in the condo regarding internet, check out procedures, etc. They would send me a text with a link to an app that said my reservation didn't exist. From my past 3 stays in various condos this year we did a combination of what was required at check out for them. I would stay in that condo again if management could get their app straightened out, answered their phone (they actually told me they took them off the hook after I was on hold for over 15 minutes} and provide adequate and correct information regarding the internet and rules to be followed."

"Fantastic summer getaway - Had a wonderful visit. Spent time on the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, stayed cool in the pool. Walked over and rode go karts, enjoyed many fantastic restaurants right around us. The condo was great! Showers were amazing, perfect for the beach. "Great stay - Our unit was very well clean and well appointed and every encounter with RealJoy staff was positive. We loved the spacious balcony. There was some confusion about parking. We were provided 2 parking passes in the unit but had read and were told “there was no overflow parking and we were allowed only one assigned parking place”. The manager on call told us there might be a lot down the street that charged around $4 per day. Actually there WAS a free Ocean Reef overflow lot just across the street! We appreciated the 24 hour security guard. We also could not find any carts to move our things to the unit. Not sure they had any? Thankfully we had a beach cart. I would also recommend that you provide unit entry information before 3:05 pm to allay any anxiety for new guests. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return!"

"Very nice Condo - Condo looked just like the pictures on website. Had a modern feel and is decorated very nicely. Keyless entry is great a reserved parking space is also a plus. The weather was cool so we didn’t get a chance to hang out on the balcony. Some of the pots/frying pans need to be replaced as we didn’t feel comfortable cooking in them due to their condition. I also want to add Chris was very responsive whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this unit. Wanted to rent it again, next year, but it’s already booked."
