"loved our stay at the palms! we were super close to a walmart which was nice and convenient as we drove 15+ hours and forgot - as well as needed - many things!
the beach was just a walk away and we also drove less than a mile to Henderson beach state park just for convenience of having our car closer!
only needed to ask realjoy one question and the response was within minutes!
we had a great stay and great customer service all around. would definitely book again!"

"On the Run Vacation - I loved the condo and the resort. The only issues I had was with the cable and the ac does not cool well at all especially in the master bedroom. The tv in master bedroom was barely able to change the channels and always had problems with the cable."

"This is a great spot especially in Spring Break season they have a heated pool and a great hot tub area. We couldn’t really walk to places we had to drive everywhere and currently there is a lot of construction so traffic was a issue. It’s very close to public beaches which was great. "Great view! Everything we wanted! - Great view! Neat and clean, location was close to everything we wanted or needed. Beach is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, Alberto interrupted our plans. Definitely looking forward to returning! Only recommendation would be to allow for earlier check in 2 or 3pm and later check out 11am like hotels and give renter list of items not included ie, salt, pepper, coffee filters, extra toilet paper, and dishwasher soap."

"We had a great time at the Palms! We were traveling with another family and together had a 1 and 4 year old who loved all of the pools!! Very family friendly pool area. Highly recommend if you prefer pool to beach. Beach access is a bit of a chore, but we prefer the pool anyways. You must go to Baytowne Wharf and eat at the Acme Oyster House! You will not regret it!!"
