Paradise Pete's comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements that include 3 King Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 2 Full Beds, and 2 Futons. Additionally, a queen sofa pull-out provides extra space for even more guests.
The luxurious Master Bedroom is located on the same level as the kitchen and main living area, offering an exquisite retreat with a wall of windows, a generous walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom complete with a standalone tub and shower. The Master also includes a futon, perfect for extra seating or sleeping arrangements. Throughout the home, elegant hardwood floors add to the chic yet cozy atmosphere.
The third floor features a cozy sitting area and 2 spacious guest bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath for added privacy and convenience.
On the ground level, a flexible game area and bunk rooms await, providing the perfect hangout spot for kids and adults alike. The ground floor also has a private bath with a stand-up shower, offering extra comfort and convenience. Plus, there’s a brand-new washer and dryer to ensure you can keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.

Sea Pointe is a quaint cul-de-sac consisting of just 9 cottage-style homes in Dune Allen Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. The small community is convenient to Gulf Place Town Center while being just off the beaten path. The community shares a swimming pool and is just a short walk to the serene Oyster Lake which is great for fishing, while Topsail Hill Preserve State Park offers breathtaking trails for hiking and exploring.

"We had a wonderful family vacation, despite some small impacts from Hurricane Helene.
The house was great for a multi/generational family of 6 adults and two toddlers.
The kitchen was stocked well except for needing more eating utensils. The beds were very comfortable.

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Santa Rosa Beach! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The place itself was wonderful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. We loved the cozy and welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The only hiccup was that the hurricane activate lock wasn't working during our stay. While this was a bit concerning, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. Despite that minor issue, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great beachside retreat. We hope to come back again in the future!"

"Can’t say enough good things about place! It’s a very spacious and beautifully decorated house! You essentially have 3 living room areas, one on each level. The bottom floor is the perfect hangout area for kids and teenagers with the four bunk beds, ping pong table, and shuffle board table. We were able to walk to the beach easily with 5 kids under 10, or we could load up the car and go to the larger beach access area with the bathroom pretty easily! Would love to stay here again!"

"Recently stayed at Paradise Pete’s with 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 4-13). House is spacious and we never felt on top of each other. We wish the pool was heated but there was a hot tub that made up for it! Propane tank was empty and we had it replaced within 2 hours of notifying Real Joy! Beach access is less than 10 minutes on foot and was not crowded. We would definitely come back again or rent through Real Joy again! "
