A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unit’s second full bath for easy access. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room. The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach Café brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. "Perfect location!!! - The condo was very clean and it couldn’t have been in a better location! The elevator ride was short and it only took about 1-2 minutes to get from the room to the beach! The private beach was very nice, the pools were great and we loved the tiki bar (but the drinks are a little pricey, we expected that lol). It’s an 8 minute walk to surf shops, breakfast and pizza. We also saw dolphins between 4-6 pm EVERY NIGHT! Overall the stay was great!! 100% would reccomend!"

"Great Getaway - This was the perfect place to getaway. The property was nice and the direct access to the beach was great. The room faced the ocean, so I could sit and watch the sun rise and set. I am already looking at dates to go back."

"Nice place to stay - The unit was clean. Check in was easy. We didn’t love wearing the wristbands for our entire stay but overall it was a great place and we enjoyed our time there. Pictures were very accurate and the walk to the beach was pretty short."

"Beautiful location! The condo was clean, the kitchen was updated, and it fit our family of four perfectly. Everything described in the listing was accurate. We had a great time being right on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed having access to food and drink service while enjoying the sunny day. Umbrella and chair rentals are available (and very reasonable), but get taken up quickly. Get there first thing in the morning if you’d like space! The pool isn’t very large. We didn’t go in on our trip since the beach weather was perfect, but it stayed pretty crowded. There was a second indoor pool that we didn’t find until our final night, and it too was smaller. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Everything was great - Wanted to get away for a few days with the family, and this condo was perfect. Just high enough to have a great view of the beach, but still low enough to get in and out quickly. "Excellent apartment and stay - The apartment is pretty good, the space is good for a 4 people family. The bedroom is a little small, but considering we used it just for sleeping, it is enough space. We were able to put the crib there for our baby as well. The resort amenities are ok, nothing upscale, but that was expected. The beach bar could offer more options and open earlier and keep open until later in the day. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and the family room has good space to have the kids playing in a rainy day and watch TV. The bunk beds in the hallway don't hurt, but it lacks some space for the kids stuff. As we spent most of the time outside, we could use the beds to keep things out of the way during the day.
The view from the balcony is spectacular. You can see the sunrise and sunset and also appreciate the sea view the whole day, nothing in front of you.
I would highly recommend this apartment!! If we are going to Destin again only with our family, I will be sure to get this one again."
