Welcome to Portside P6, a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Nestled within Portside Resort, this townhome has access to loads of amenities including 3 community pools, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, and more. On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from a large sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. There are sleeping arrangements for 7 people with a queen bedroom bedroom, a twin-over full bunkbed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs. This was a great location, a bit farther from the beach than I would prefer to walk yet definitely walkable. The parking pass allows you to park at the front of the resort, making it just a few minutes walk to the beach if you prefer not to carry all your beach items for a longer walk. We could also walk to Mike's for dinner; both pools were wonderful after a long day at the beach. RealJoy provides easy to follow instructions and minimal checkout tasks. I recommend this as a good budget-friendly beach option, with better than budget-level amenities and closer to the beach than many options at this price level.- Posted: 8/16/2024

Beach Trip July 2024
We really enjoyed our stay and will come again. The only complaint we have is that there is no trash can in the kitchen area at all so we had to stack our trash on the counter in empty plastic bags from Walmart.- Posted: 7/15/2024

This condo was very nice and clean. A great condo. The permeant residents are very friendly. Modern updates. We did have a few issue but RealJoy was very friendly and helpful with all outcomes. The only thing that bothered me was having to pay for parking and use of the pools. The staff was prompted and very nice. Please note that this complex is not handicap friendly. Nice beach and a great dog beach down the road. I would stay again. A November visit please note that some business are closed for the season. But you miss all the tourist and will have a quite peaceful time.- Posted: 11/30/2023
