Welcome to Portside R4, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach! Portside Resort has loads of amenities including 3 community pools, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, and more. Portside R4 welcomes you with an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from large sliding glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area, which will make your meals a pleasure. There are sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people with a king master bedroom and a queen bedroom on the second floor, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy the 5-minute walk to the beach or, after you have your parking permit, drive to the front and park next to the office and walk directly across the beach. The choice is yours! Whatever you decide, you will discover why families love to visit Portside R4!
Located only 3 miles from Pier Park, Portside Resort sits on 16 acres and offers easy beach access right across the street. So, you will find sugar-white sands and emerald waters only a short walk away. This complex has 3 community pools on site (one seasonally heated), 3 tennis courts, a shuffleboard area, a hot tub, and a club house. Being on the quiet west end and covered in beautiful palm trees and peaceful landscaping, Portside Resort is idyllic for families seeking a calm, relaxing beach experience.

"Sister vacay 2024 - Very spacious, beautifully decorated, felt like home. Added amenities with all the beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floaties, etc were awesome. Washer/dryer in unit is always a bonus.
Unit was at the end of property, would of been quite the hike to beach. We were able to drive to office and park. Beach access was very short from there."

"We loved staying here, everything was very beautiful just as stated in the post. As a matter of fact we loved it so much we added 2 extra days to our original stay! The beach was literally across the street from our Airbnb. So many restaurants and businesses very close, there’s no reason to travel very far from the location. "This is a great, recently updated condo! Stocked with everything we needed - plenty of towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy, and the whole place was perfect for us and 2 small children. Having a full washer and dryer in the unit is perfect after beach days with small people! The beach access is across the street and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again."
