Sandpiper Blue is a newly remodeled 2,250 sq ft 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome located one block from Florida's Scenic 30A and the white sand beaches. This townhome stands 3 stories tall with a 4th story rooftop patio! Inside, there is a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances. The first floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a single pullout sleeper sofa, enough to sleep 3. The second story has a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed. On the third story, there is a King Master Suite and another guest bedroom. The third story guest bedroom includes 2 queen-sized beds and a twin bunk bed, enough to sleep 6. This lovely unit comfortably sleeps 12 total. The rooftop patio is furnished for you to relax, entertain, and take in the warm Gulf breeze. A back patio is located off the first story and includes a propane grill and picnic table. The townhome is located in a private, gated community of Costal Dunes Townhomes. Sandpiper Blue has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

*There is one parking space in front of the unit. The garage is not for guest use. There is limited overflow parking, but not guaranteed. All other vehicles must be parked outside of the complex*

Coastal Dunes Townhomes is a private, gated community of 13 townhomes tucked away in the trees, just behind Scenic Highway 30A. The complex is located 1 block north of the Ed Walline Public Beach Access, allowing for a short walk to the beach. Coastal Dunes Townhomes also has a gorgeous gated community pool for your group to enjoy. The complex is in close proximity to multiple State Forests, parks, white sand beaches, emerald waters, coastal dune lakes, and nature trails in the surrounding areas. Everything you want and need in a beach vacation is within an arm's reach at Costal Dunes Townhomes!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods. Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Our stay was great with 2 Families totaling 11 people. Everyone had room to gather or separate as needed. Location was walkable to a beach. We brought bikes to use in addition to the 4 provided with our rental and enjoyed riding the area. Kitchen was well stocked with needed supplies. A Publix grocery store is less than 10 minutes away by car."

"The house was awesome! Super close to the beach and it was beautiful. We had a last minute reservation so when we checked in the house wasn’t clean, but we reached out to RealJoy and 5 min later cleaning crew was ready to go! "
