Seychelles 308 is a spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Panama City Beach! This beachfront condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king in the master bedroom, twin bunkbed in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. With two bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone to vacation comfortably. The bright white kitchen features stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for additional convenience. Seychelles has two beachfront pools for you to relax by as an alternative to the sandy shore. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property The 2024 Blackout dates are listed below:

October-Schooner LobsterFest, October 18th, 2024 - October 20th, 2024

Place a FULLY COMPLETED parking pass on the rearview mirror for display or driver-side dash. An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). Rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive
and 600 Henley Circle.
Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located at the 3rd-floor walkway.

Seychelles is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. The area around Seychelles offers world–class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities and is close to the award-winning St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy the on-site amenities like the Fitness Center, Gazebo, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, game room, and covered parking.

Conveniently located on the family friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Seychelles is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive. 

From exploring the sunken ships in the area to sailing, go-karting, deep sea fishing to checking out the local animal parks, there are a diverse variety of Panama City Beach attractions for kids of all ages, to enjoy, just minutes from Seychelles. There's never a dull moment on the beaches near these condos and you won't find a better place to stay.

Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or walk to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

"November stay - Everything was perfect. Only thing was the balcony table and chairs were not what we expected. The picture showed high top table and chairs and it wasn’t that. And the hallway bathroom shower really needs tended to. The top bar was about to come off. "
