With a high-end, king size bed in the master, one guest room with a king and twin bunkbeds, and another guest room with a queen and twin bunkbeds, this one sleeps a max of 8 adults! The gulf views, eat-in kitchen and resort amenities will make your stay special. Very short walk across the parking lot to the beach. The only thing that was weird is the closed in balcony had a very odd and unpleasant smell. We really couldn’t sit out there without opening the windows and airing it out first. "

"Thanksgiving at the Beach - My family of 4 enjoyed our stay over the week leading to Thanksgiving 2022 - my sister that lives in Tampa area drove up to join us. Appreciated the well appointed kitchen including a deep pot that enabled me to brine the turkey overnight. We put the large kitchen counterspace to good use! The beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious overall & master bathroom nicely updated. My teens enjoyed use of the gym too. The only thing I remember reading but overlooked was the fact the exterior of the condo towers are undergoing rennovations and workers powered up heavy machinery bright and early at 8am Monday morning. Was not too bad once we realized this was the routine we made sure to turn in earlier in the evenings & workers breaked for thanksgiving day. Overall the condo/stay was excellent & we would not hesitate to book this condo again; the management co RealJoy was also helpful and responded every time I had questions. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Destin, the Emerald Coast is gorgeous."

"80th birthday celebration - We really enjoyed our stay even though I tripped in the condo on Monday evening and ended up in th eff hospital with a fractured pelvis. After 2 days I was able to return and enjoy the rest of the stay. The condo was very well equipped and we were grateful it was wheelchair accessible.

The cleaning staff is definitely over worked. We arrived at 4pm like the contract stated and we still had to wait two more hours before we could get in our room. It was easily accessible to the beautiful beach, plenty of parking, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was as well stocked as my own. Everything you need! We prepared breakfast and enjoyed the use of the griddle each morning. And the stock pot came in handy when we made a low country boil.
The beds were so comfy but be warned...you have to climb up because the beds are so high. Stools would have been a nice touch in each room. I worry that elderly guests wouldn’t be able to get in beds and I don’t remember that being stated when I booked.
I loved the chargers for personal use placed at the bedside.
Used the washer and dryer and are of top notch quality. 😊
Love the enclosed balcony/porch. Used everyday of our stay and the “big kids” loved the Pac-Man.
Liked the beach service of two chairs and umbrella but make sure you go early. It’s first come-first serve and when we used, only 4 left and we got 3rd row. Not bad just didn’t know process on how to utilize.

"Great condo for a family - The condo is well stocked with supplies including lots of cookware/utensils. The dishwasher was pooling water, we reported it on the first day but no one ever came. That is my only complaint, other than that it was a great week."

"Nice place - This place was great! The kitchen is well stocked. They have a Keurig machine, as well as a coffee pot. There are tons of pots, pans, and utensils. We cooked a lot and always had what we needed. The oven and electric burners worked well. The microwave made a weird sound while in use, but it worked well. Lots of plates and bowls. The table sat 8. That was awesome because it’s important for us that everyone can sit together at each meal. The TVs were huge but we never used them. We loved the Bluetooth sound system. The back patio was great. We opened all the large sliding doors to enjoy the breeze. You can see a tiny bit of the ocean from the room. Your view is of mostly parking lots from each room, but that was okay with us because we weren’t there to look at the ocean, we were there to be at the ocean. We only spent meal time and evenings in the condo. There is plenty of sleeping space in this condo. All the beds were comfy. The water pressure was good and the hot water was HOT. The secondary bathroom has a big dual head shower and two sinks. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom. We only washed one load of towels. Washer worked fine, but the towels took 6 cycles to dry. The dryer had a drying censor on it and it would stop drying before the towels were dry. We did not overload the dryer. It was a normal load. We eventually gave up and took our damp towels to the beach. I did not call maintenance because I knew that was the only load we were going to do. The walk to the beach is really short. Directly outside the front door are steps to the ground floor parking garage. You walk a few steps through the parking garage and you’re on the designated path to the beach. This condo came with a daily set up of two chairs and 1 umbrella. The pool is limited to 20 people at a time. The tennis courts need a lot of love, but we did use them because everyone in the family plays tennis. But don’t go there for the tennis/pool facilities. The condo is very quiet and the balcony/patio faces a different way from most of the other balconies. The people staying next door to us were young and were the life of the party on the beach. However, we never heard them while we were in the condo. On the day of checkout, the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 8:00 AM calling “housekeeping”. I told her that we would be out by 10:00 AM. She said okay, but continued to stand outside of our room until we left at 9:15. I would stay here again."

"Family Vacation - The condo was fabulous, we did have a problem with the washer. It would only wash in hot even when cold was selected. The dryer would stop after about 15 minutes with an error code. We called maintenance but by the time they came we were leaving due to the storm. "Beautiful home - I absolutely loved the apartment. The colors and sea turtles were my favorite. Really made me feel happy. The house was clean and everything you could think of was in it. The rooms were large with lots of space and all the beds were comfortable. The washer/dryer and dish washer were very nice. It made our stay so comfortable. Only thing we had to bring for the house was laundry soap, trash bags for kitchen trash and food. We did bring extra paper towels and toilet paper but stayed one week and what was supplied was enough for our large family. Every room had a remote to the ceiling fan and smart TV's. I really loved the set up in this place.
The ocean is a walk across the parking lot so not far and you can see what color the flag is from the apartment. This time of year had tons of jelly fish so that was somewhat annoying but we had fun at crab island with the pontoon boot and jet ski.
My 4 teenage girls loved the house and smart TV's in every room. They loved the commons to go shopping and the red flag at the ocean. Yes red flag because they love body boarding and the red flag means better waves.
We walked the beach morning and night and it was so relaxing. The apartment is in a great location and you can drive up and down 98 to see and do many things while here.
If you love sea turtles and teal blue ocean colors you will definitely love this place ❤️
Cleaners were waiting outside the apartment at 8am. We had until 10 to check out. We ended up leaving around 8 but annoyed they were waiting on us to leave.

"Wonderful - This condo really had everything that we needed. It’s centrally located and close to everything in Destin. It just a short walk to the beach across the parking lot. Unfortunately the week we went there was a lot of sea weed and jellyfish and red flag days. So that was a bummer. But the views were beautiful on the beach. We shared the condo with another family and there was more then enough room for everyone. I can’t say for everyone else but the bed we had was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the big TVs in every room. Overall it was a great stay. Would recommend!"

"Return trip to Gulf Shores - This condo is beautiful and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a few minor issues however the property management group was quick to respond. It was great to have a beach setup included and gas grills to use. The kitchen was well furnished and also included room to store food and supplies. It had been 14 years since we had stayed at this location and our only complaint was that the beach seemed smaller, much more crowded than in the past and the beach was difficult to take long walks due to the slant of the beach. The water and sand were still amazing and overall we had a great stay."

"Perfect Condo for a large family with only a short walk to the Beach! - We found out the place was newly renovated a couple months ago, and really liked to look and feel of it when we walked in. Everything we needed Kitchen wise was available, and the internet was good enough to power a couple of gaming consoles without too many lag issues. The beach is beautiful and never had an issue popping up our tent or getting the free umbrella with chairs that came with the rental. It's also only a mile or so from the Harborside Boardwalk which us adults enjoyed at night on a few occasions during our week long stay. All in all great place and we'll definitively be back!"

"We stayed the second week of May and the weather was great. The condo is located steps away from the beautiful beach! There is beach service included which allows for two chairs and an umbrella that was nice for those days we needed some shade. The location is great. A few miles from the Harbor and great restaurants. The beach is amazing with white sand and the water is a beautiful blue/green with a sandy bottom. Will defintely stay here again!"

"My friends and I stayed at this place for three days and we really enjoy the location of this condo. Is just steps from the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores are just across street. In the kitchen you can find all kind of dishes and cooking utensils that you can imaging and need (plenty of them). All appliances in the kitchen are upgraded. The big dining table were more than enough for the eight of us. The sofas were very comfortable. The patio is big and with many chairs. All beds were very very confortable. Also, many blankets are available in all rooms. Bathrooms were clean with many towels. The washer and dryer worked perfectly which save us a lot of troubles. Wifi is fast. It kept up all of our electronics of the eight of us and playing Netflix on tv at the same time. We all enjoyed this amazing place."

"Clean and homey!! - This condo had everything you would need. This was a girl's trip this time. This condo had comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, tv's, washer and drier.... and much more. Don't worry about bringing food, there are plenty of close stores near this condo and fun restaurants as well. Although it is not right on the beach, it took only a few steps to get there. I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like home because of the nice comfortable furniture and decor. I can't wait to bring my family next time and enjoy it even more."

"2016 Christmas Weekend Vacation - My family loved the facility it was perfect just a few steps from the beach and they really enjoyed the heated pool located on the property and the grilling area by the pool perfect for taking pictures.
