"Beautiful condo! This condo was everything my little family needed for our short fall break. We loved that this condo was so close to the beach. No long boardwalks, not too many stairs, and even included 2 beach service chairs! The pool was nice and warm and the property was super clean! We will definitely be back!"

"Best Vacation Stay - Talk about family friendly!!! The property was so nice and clean. Family events scheduled in the evenings right on the property! We got to enjoy a movie on the lawn and s’mores with live music. We were maybe 50-100 steps from our condo door to the beach. I still can’t get over how clean and nice our condo was, not to mention the staff! Will be coming back!"

"Family Get Away - We had a great family get away at this condo! We had our infant grandson with us and the balcony was perfect for us to sit out with him while parents were enjoying the beach. Location is center to everything Destin. Beach was simply gorgeous. The patio looks onto the beach area. Love the way it was decorated. No complaints here. "Wonderful - This property really is a diamond in the rough! It's in the heart of Destin. The place is small and very private. I felt very safe here! The room was perfect size for our family of 5. The weather was not the best so we spent more time in the room than anticipated so the fact that it was nice and spacious was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great vacation destination - We were pleased with our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family with enough space for everyone to relax or get some quiet space. The large balcony was a big favorite of ours in the evenings and mornings, before and after the beach as well as for dinner on the nights we stayed in. Located in between the beach and the pool made going to either very convenient. Because these condominiums aren't a high rise building like some of the others located along the beach, I loved that our beach access wasn't crowded at all. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this unit when we return to Destin!"

"Loved our vacation - This was perfectly close to the beach and easily accessible to the elevator. They had everything we needed in the rental including a pack n play, wagon, and fans. The only complaint was that the shower door in the master bedroom was messed up and kind of dirty. The rest of the condo was very clean."

"Wonderful experience except the check in! - The place was clean and beautiful. It was all families. There were no loud parties. The only issue we had was with getting into the condo. The email with the instructions to open the door ended up in my junk mail and I couldnt get in touch with anyone because it was after hours. When I finally did find the instructions they were really confusing. That being said I would definitely rent there again because of the positive experience."

"Great Condo - My family and I truly enjoyed the property and our unit. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the Friday night pool party, meeting other guests and owners. Our unit was well appointed, WiFi connection was good, the bathrooms were updated very well, plenty of towels and all of the necessary kitchenware and utensils. The sunrise view from the balcony was the best. The beach service team was outstanding! George and his guys made sure that my daughters were comfortable and would adjust our seating and umbrellas for the best shade throughout the day. Overall a great vacation at a great price point. We will be back next year!

"Great Stay! - Glad we booked this unit! We were a little skeptical because we'd never heard of the building, but it was all that it claimed and more. It's a surprise in the middle of Destin - great location - the grounds were very well maintained - Palms everywhere were a nice touch. The kids loved playing on the lawn in the evenings.
