Southwind C-3 is a 1BR/1BA ground-floor condo located just steps from the shores of Panama City Beach. Just a quick stroll to the beach, Southwind C-3 offers all you need for a relaxing trip! The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the hallway offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this lovely condo to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your dinner on your private porch while watching the beautiful sunsets. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. "Stay was wonderful. Pool was warm and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Beach view from the porch was a nice surprise. The only down side was the ongoing construction right above us, but I'm sure that will be finished soon."

"We originally booked this stay with my family for 4 days. The location was perfect and quick walking distance to the beach. Everything was how it was displayed in the pictures and when we couldnt find our parking pass, we reached out and they immediately responded. We ended up booking another night because everything was so pleasant. Would definitely book here again!"

"I would like to thank you, RealJoy, for providing such a wonderful place for our vacation. I recently stayed at Southwind - Unit C3 in Panama City Beach, Florida, and had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped, cookware and silverware. There was one paper towel and two rolls of toilet paper, so if you're planning to stay for more than three days, you might want to bring additional supplies. The washer machine and the dryer were in the room. A helpful feature was the wagon available in Unit C3, which made transporting beach gear back and forth very convenient. The best part of this unit is its proximity to the beach. You only have to cross Front Beach Street, and you’re right there on the beautiful sands. The location is not only beautiful but also extremely convenient. Thank you again and I will definitely book it again!"

"This condo was close to the beach and the pool! We walked to the beach and didn't have to worry about parking at all, which was stress free. I enjoyed the location as it was away from the busy area of Pier park. It was literally across the street from the beach access. The condo itself was clean, stocked with suffient kitchen items, bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great family vacation!!!!"

"The place was as described and pictured. The only issue I had was finding the back door open and I did communicate with RealJoy to let them know to check that as it took two of us to get it closed and locked in place since something was not right with the door track. Reminder to always check your doors and windows. Otherwise, it was a great spot to walk to food and beach. Most of the things were a short drive away."
