You’ll also find a kid’s mini-water park complete with water slides, water cannons, and bucket loads of even more water! There’s even a toddler friendly splash pad. We had a wonderful stay at Splash Resort 1902-E! The condo is right on the water, and the views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. Waking up each morning and seeing the ocean was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location made it easy to enjoy the beach and spend time relaxing while listening to the waves.
We are a family of five, and the condo had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was clean, well kept, and the layout worked great for our family. We really appreciated having a place where we could relax after long days at the beach.

We loved this unit - it had a huge primary bedroom, lots of places to sleep in the other bedroom, and was very clean. The amenities were fantastic! The lazy river was an especially big hit with our kiddo along with multiple pool areas. Being directly on the beach makes for such an easy experience and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Our family had a wonderful stay. The 19th floor balcony offered an incredible view of the Gulf. The WiFi was reliable for working remotely - including many video calls!
The onsite bar/restaurants were great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. DoorDash successfully delivered lunch, offering a good selection of local options.
