"Love this place! - This was my first time booking a VRBO. And all I can say is no more hotels for me! This property has its fair share of rules, but its worth it! The property is very clean and well maintained. The amenities and location were perfect for my family of 4. We liked to people watch from the balcony. We were minutes from the beach. This condo was so nice! We had plenty of space. It appreciate the little extras like the books, games, and extra beach equiptment. Check in/out was so easy! They even checked on us mid trip which was really nice. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"An amazing honeymoon! - We had an amazing time at this location for our honeymoon! The condo was clean, seemed newly renovated and was gorgeous! The view from the balcony could have been better but was accurately represented on line so not a surprise... the only downside was that the Jacuzzi tub (a big selling point for me!) Didn't work... I was especially disappointed that the response I received simply was that yep... it doesn't work and it won't be fixed during your stay... did it ruin my stay? No! But I would have liked a better explanation for the seeming lack of effort to fix a promised amenity..."

The condo was very nice, clean, A/C worked great, pool was nice and is an easy walk to the beach. The only thing is, the condo is in the airport landing/takeoff pattern so it could get a little noisy if you were sitting on the balcony. But nothing unbearable. "Highly recommended condo - A beautiful and very clean condo that was convenient to everything we needed. Great gulf views. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway! Wish we had better weather this week, but it was a good trip despite the rain. Our only suggestion would be to provide more detailed check-in information such as a map that shows where exactly to enter the resort (since google maps takes you to the side of the condo with no access and we were first time visitors to Destin), the guard gate, and instructions to the parking garage. Also mark which outdoor parking lots are useable. The map should also show the gates you can access with the fob to enter different areas, including using the large pool and beach access. It took us a while to figure out these things but, overall, it was great and we plan to return."

Since we came during covid we brought supplies and planned to clean anyway so we were prepared but dirty floors, hair in pillow cases, ashes all over balcony, and hair in bathtubs. Ugh! Not the owners fault but whomever cleans isn’t cleaning, and we paid a cleaning fee!"

"Great place with a beautiful view - Enjoyed our stay in 1103. Very secure, nice pool and easy beach access. Unit also had beach chairs and it’s own parking spot. Bring laundry detergent and dishwasher soap."

"Very Nice - This resort seems very secure and well kept. There is a guarded gate with someone there 24/7 and You have to have a key fob to enter the parking garage/ the buildings and the pool areas. The building this unit is in is quite a hike to the beach. It would be hard for anyone with any limitations walking longer distances. My mother has bad knee problems and only made it out to the beach one day because of the distance. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed staying there. The bathrooms were really nice and master king bed was super comfy. The only unexpected drawback was we found out you are not allowed to have your own umbrellas on the resorts beach front property. You have to rent theirs for $50 a day or walk even farther to set up your own. That was a huge inconvenience for us. Renting from Real Joy was a great experience. They were very attentive and timely with all communication and resolved an issue we had almost immediately. We would definitely consider staying in this property again but will allow for the extra cost of renting their umbrellas and chairs."
