St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 311 is only a short walk to the beach. There are no busy roads to cross, just a relaxing 200 yard stroll down a private beach path. This 2BR/2BA unit boasts beautiful décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room, and living room sleeper sofa, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the private balcony or take advantage of the complex's beachside community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. Centrally located in the heart of Destin, this condo is close to all the great activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping and entertainment. St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"This condo is in a 3-story building, on the ground floor and in a corner. Probably one of the best units in the resort. It was just a short walk to the beach, with a private access. The beach is pretty spectacular — sugar white sand, and maybe 100 yards of shallow, wading depth water. The unit was clean and well stocked. The ONLY negative is the condition of the bedroom carpets and area rugs. They’re worn and stained, especially the master bedroom. But other than that, it was an excellent place to stay!"

"Fantastic Week! - We stayed here for 8 nights. It was very clean when we arrived. It was a very comfortable stay for all 5 of us (3 adults, 7 year old, and 3 year old), and we all felt very at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the little bit of cooking and eating in that we did. The parking lot flooded a bit when it rained. This didn’t necessarily bother us, but my husband had to move our vehicle each time in order for the rest of us to get in. We will book again for sure!!"

"This condo is absolutely perfect! Everything was as described and it was PERFECT for 3 of us although a few more people wouldn't have been bad at all! It's a really short walk to the most beautiful US beach I've ever seen! There is a chair/umbrella rental right at the beach entrance and you can actually reserve them (48 hours in advance) and they'll make sure you're right up front and will have it all set up at 9:00 a.m. and they take it all down at 5:00 p.m.! (Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! At least every 2 hours!) The pool looked really cute even though we didn't use it, but the place by the pool to shower off after the beach was so convenient! There's a Dunkin' within walking distance and we totally enjoyed a carry-out seafood dinner from Blalock's! It was rainy one day so we ordered a ton of food from Miller's Ale House and it's was reasonable and SO good! Already planning our next trip to Destin and I hope this place is available! We'll def stay longer next time too!"

"Cute condo with great location - This condo is centrally located in Destin and has everything you need for a nice stay. The access to the beach was convenient although it was a little but if a walk- not too bad though. We appreciated no stairs at the condo or beach access. The pool is right out front and also walking distance to a Alvin’s Island. Cute decor inside and stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this condo to anyone."

"Wonderful place to go with a family. Short walk to shops and fun things with family we walked to the candy store almost nightly. A really cool seafood place right behind condo that you can order steamed crab and shrimp and go grab and eat at your condo which was awesome for my family and the littles as taking to a restaurant can be stressful. Walk to the beach is short and the beach is wonderful! Over all just a great place to stay if going to Destin."
