"We had a nice stay. The location was very close to the beach - no street to cross and was right behind our favorite place to eat (Blalock’s). Thanks to private beach access, we were not crowded with rows and rows of chairs and umbrellas while enjoying the ocean. The condo isn’t fancy, but that’s not what I’m looking for when I visit. It was, however, clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet, making it an ideal option."

"Spring Break - The unit was clean with plenty of space. Very reasonable and located at a good spot within Destin. A short walk to the beach, with protection from strong winds. Overall a well priced location.
We visited Destin for Spring Beak. The water was a bit cold and we had storms / rain for a day but made the best of it by traveling to Pensacola to visit the Naval museum. For another afternoon, we used the pool, due to high winds / strong surf warnings at the beach.
Destin traffic is crazy but a little patience and it’s nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a good trip while staying in a nice rental."

"The property was excellent for our family of 3 and we were in the center of all the fun activities. - I loved the cleanliness of the room and the location. The beach is easily accessible and Destin harbor is only a 6 minute drive which offer an abudance of water activities.
It is extremely hard to get an Uber, Lyft, or taxi at certain times in Destin. So pre-plan transportation from the airport before arriving."

"Short walk to beach - The condo was the right size for 4. We found it okay. We found the beach access after a while of investigating. We had to text the manager to figure out how to turn the tv on. They responded promptly and someone came. It would be helpful to post in the condo where the beach access is and how to turn on the tv. It was nice to have the papertowel, dishwasher soap, and dish soap provided. The washer and dryer was handy. It was close to a lot of attractions."

"Great condo - We had to book here last minute due to Sally and not being able to stay in Orange beach. We loved the condo, our kids loved the bunk beds would definitely recommend. I suggest that St Martin Beach Villa put up a sign to direct us where the beach access is tho and also a sign from the main road of where the condo is located"

"St Martin Beachwalk Villas #412 - The location is very convenient to the beach. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is set up to cook in when you would like to avoid traffic to the restaurants. The bathrooms are tiny, especially the master. This unit is practical but basic. No complaints about this unit, it served its purpose perfectly. We visited friends in 433 as it was a 3 BR unit that had been fully remodeled/updated. I would definitely come back to the Villas but would choose a 3 BR unit moving forward as the floor plan was much more open."

"It was PERFECT for our family - With being on a beach vacation, we always look for somewhere to stay that is reasonable and logical because we know we won’t be in the condo all that much. This was perfect...everything that we needed was there, clean, brand new carpet in bedrooms, the AC worked great, and it was such a manageable distance to the beach!"

"Somewhere on the beach! - Oh My! The most restful, peaceful vacay we have had in a while! The condo was not all elaborate and exquisite but it was great and perfect for our needs. Being so close to the beach which is what we were looking for and in the middle of town as well. I have given this info to friends and we will definitely go back to the same place.
