"Family getaway - We had a wondeful time! A few of the dishes were not 100 percent clean but honestly I blame that on other guests just pulling things out of the dishwasher and putting things away without checking them. The property manager was very responsive and you cant beat the view. Location is great and its close to pier park but not on the crazy busy end of front beach. We had 8 people and slept comfortably. We would definitely want to stay again."

"Last minute decision - We decided 2 days before check in that we were going to the beach! This rental made the whole process easy. Rental agreement and parking was completed immediately online. No face to face check in was great since we didn’t arrive until very late. The condo was super nice with linens and a few extras included (dish washing liquid, paper towels and dishwasher pods). The only negatives to mention were the elevator being updated (we used the stairs some) and other guests smoking which allowed us to smell “skunk” while sitting on the balcony. If we go back to PCB, we would definitely stay here again!"

"My Stay - It was right on the beach. For the most part the description it gives you is how it looks. That hallway where they put the bunkbeds at where the washer and dryer and hot water heater are is definitely not for adults. Even if there were single adults staying there. There isn’t a door up. "This condo is beautifully decorated…. From the pictures on the walls to the throw pillows on the beds. The view from the spacious 8th floor balcony was wonderful. A perfect height! Binoculars would have been nice to view the ships and birds off in the distance. The walk to the pier along the beach was a comfortable distance. Uber was easy and affordable to visit the Conservation Park and other sights in the area. Cheaper than a rental car. The sand at this beach was amazing! I’ve never experienced such soft, clean sand before. Overall, this was a wonderful beach vacation!"

This was the first time my family visited FLA, and they are already asking to plan next year vacation at your location. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for my family.
Only one elevator worked in the building. I had three handicap family members, it was difficult for them to walk down the stairwell."

"Perfect Location, nice facilities and unit - We had a fun and good stay. We had two adults, one adult child, and four teenagers. The location to Pier Park was of the upmost importance to us during our stay. Sterling Breeze was a perfect location. Everything is pretty centralized in Sterling Breeze so you don't have to do a ton of walking to get to the beach, pool, parking lot, street! Plenty of parking and for safety a sky bridge to walk across to the parking lot.
As far as the unit, it is nicely decorated and the furniture all seemed to be in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decent size. In the future for our crew, we would probably upgrade to a 3 bedroom unit! The bunk beds are probably better fit for younger kids who can have their suitcases in their parents room. We had two teenagers with their suitcases in that area and it was a tight fit but they made it work! Having a working washer & dryer was such a nice feature.
The kitchen is set up nicely and there is plenty of room to move around in the kitchen. Everything you would need to cook/drink/etc is available in the kitchen.
The deck is spacious and has heavy duty chairs and tables. Plenty of places to hang out with friends and family and have a good time enjoying the gulf breeze.
I was concerned with the elevators from other reviews. However, we didn't have much issue except on check out day but there are lots of people using the elevator with carts and luggage so it does make it difficult.
Also note the listing does not include any beach chairs or towels so you will have to pack your own. I knew this from the listing but sometimes you are surprised when you get to the location and they have those items anyway.
Working with Real Joy was very easy! Everything is electronic and our room was ready when promised.
A few cons: Grill did not work but it was our second to last day and we didn't want to deal with the hassle of a repairperson.
Fee to park was different than on the listing but it also included the wrist bands so I think it ended up being cheaper. Master shower is set up so you have to get sprayed to turn it on - brrrr!!! I don't think there is a fix to that at this point but something for people to think about when you are designing a shower!
We would definitely stay at Sterling Breeze again but probably rent a larger unit for our family. I would recommend this unit as it was very nice. Working with Real Joy was easy and nice!"

"Beach Vacay - The resort is very nice! The condo is beautiful and decorated very nicely. There were some cleanliness issues: neither of the toilets were clean so we cleaned them as soon as we arrived, one of the bathroom vanities had not been wiped off, there was old pieces of soap in one of the showers, some trash was left on the balcony. Although this didn’t at all affect our good time, I feel it should be brought to your attention. The only other issue was one elevator broke on our second day and was never repaired during our stay."

Cons - parking is across the street, via a skybridge, and you have to wait in line to purchase a parking pass and get wristbands. Luggage carts were available to help move your bags. Pool is very nice, but is long and narrow, and there is very limited seating in that area - only 2-4 lounge chairs tops, and a few regular upright chairs. Pool bar closes at 4 PM, which is inconvenient."

"Great place to stay - Very nice room on 8th floor. Very little wait time for an elevator, which has been a problem everywhere else we’ve been. Beautiful pool deck and lounge area. Very clean and updated room. Check- in was very easy. Only negative is $20 non-refundable fee per vehicle for parking."

"Prefect location! Amazing waterfront views and walking distance from restaurants and the Grand Pier. Condo is very roomy! The beds and pillows were very comfy which is a huge plus for my husband and I. We will definitely return!"

"Really nice condo - The condo is gorgeous, everything feels new. Great view, good location. Overall it’s a good venue, the pool was beautiful and everything well-maintained. The only downside is the condo is near the elevator, so a little noisy at times. Also there are only 2 elevators for a rather large complex, so we did spend some time waiting for the elevator. Also, our unit’s dryer wasn’t working, which was a bummer because we packed light planning to do laundry. We just hung out wet items out on the patio to dry, so we made it work. Very positive experience; we would rent this unit again in the future."
