Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. "This was one of the best vacations we’ve been on. The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. They even let us check in 30 minutes early as I did not plan the flight out to correspond with check in time (now I know)! We traveled with a 2 year old and had an accident where he shattered the coffee pot (it was drying on a towel and he pulled it). I let them know immediately, and was prepared for any payment or replacement. They took care of the issue and even offered to bring us a temporary coffee pot for the remainder of our stay. Next time we come to PCB, we will definitely stay here again or at least another rental by RealJoy. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and comfortable. You might want to have the washing machine looked at though. I think it needs a good cleaning. Like all front loaders it was starting to get a mildew build up and the clothes smelled. Thank you for sharing the condo with my family, we had a great time. "
