The place was decorated very simple and not overdone, the full laundry room was great to have, and the view is priceless!"

"The location of this particular condo is just across from the Elevator and for us there was no extra noise but only a very short walk with all our beach essentials. It was also super convenient when leaving the building going to and from the car. The view from inside the master bedroom and the main area from the 7th floor is incredible. Our family loved it and hopefully will return again for another stay."

"With a family of 5, this place was perfect. Plenty of space inside the unit. Wonderful pool, an even better private beach access WITH 2 chairs and umbrella included. You just have to tell the person your room number. Great seafood just a 2 minute walk away. Views from the unit were well worth every penny. Everything is accessed by gate codes (beach access, property access, fitness center, the unit). Tip: screenshot the list of the access codes and give them the people you’re staying with so everyone has access to all the amenities. Overall, we strongly recommend this Airbnb."

I would only suggest that there would be more detailed instructions on how to get the complimentary beach chair rental that was included with our stay. We figured it out."

"May 2024 Review - Overall, our stay was wonderful! The condo and the view was beautiful! Our only complaints would be that some of the dishes were dirty when we got them out of the cabinets, the two twin beds were VERY uncomfortable, the large balcony door did not have a working lock, and the oven would shut off while in use due to a sensor error."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Host is very responsive and flexible when we need help. They even helped us to check in early and check out late as we had little kids. Also they waived off $50 fees for the pool band which we lost during our stay. That’s so awesome. I think we found a good host and we are going to return to Destin and going to take same condo from RealJoy. Highly recommended RealJoy! Five stars!"
