"We had a wonderful time at this spacious home, perfect for hosting a group. The host was extremely proactive, providing detailed information and responding quickly to all of my questions and requests. The home is located in a charming, walkable neighborhood and is just a short distance from the beach. It’s exactly as described, the interior matches the listing photos. One thing to note for future guests: be sure to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper, as the house only provides one roll of each and does not replenish it. Overall, a nice place to stay!"

"Make sure you bring beach towels and have your insurance policy handy if you plan on renting the golf cart. The tub wasn’t working and didn’t appear to to be in the near future.
Other than that, it was an absolutely beautiful home. Everybody was helpful and quick to respond. Amazing location!"

"Great, roomy stay with awesome location - Great stay overall. Everything was great, though a couple of small issues. The number pads were quirky, one you just punched the number and it opened, the cartiage house you had to push the checkmark. Neither was specified, just the number. Also tge main house wouldnt always lock unless you firmly closed (slammed) the door. The dishwasher didnt work but they came out very quickly and reset it. All in all, awesome stay!"

"Great location and lots of room - We loved our stay. It was centrally located to all the fun and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed all the space for late night family games. Only negative we have is that we weren’t warned in time to make sure to pick up toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for our stay. They provide “starters” but it was not enough for our large group. It just seems silly and a bit petty when charging the high rate for the stay."

"Family Vacation 2024 - We have a family of 12. When we travel we need at least 5 different bedrooms. This house was perfect. The cottage is above the garage. It has a queen bed, full kitchen, shower and living room with sofa bed. Very comfortable. Main house: 1 bedroom on main floor. This has a bathroom and walks out to patio. King bed. 3 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor. One king size bedroom suite that has a balcony that faces front of house. Another bedroom with bunk beds. Full on bottom and twin on top. 3rd bedroom has king bed, sofa bed couch and attached bathroom. This room has a balcony. The bunk bed room uses the attached bathroom here but has separate access. 3rd floor is a game room/bar area. There are 2 balconies. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen table was perfect too. It allowed all of us to sit down together for meals. There is also a half bathroom on main floor. The ac kept up perfectly. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes. Rent the golf cart if your budget allows. There was a wagon in the garage and hair dryers in each bathroom. Our vacation was amazing. This area is beautiful and everything was close by. "This is a beautiful home with so much space for a large group. We came with 7 kids and they enjoyed staying in the separate suite in the back. Great for another family or group of kids to play. Loved the pool, tennis, and basketball that was walkable, and only 5 minute walk to the beach."

"Overall, a great stay! The check-in process was very easy. The house is very nice (has a few items that show its age). My family enjoyed the neighborhood amenities and the location was great! Privacy- meh… a random (family) van turned into the driveway at ~8:30a prior to checkout. They stated they were “looking at the property for a friend and wouldn’t be long” but definitely felt like an invasion of privacy."
