Sleeping up to 4 guests there is a king in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and futon in the living room. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking in the warm salty air or end the evening with spectacular sunset views. Unwind in the living room with your favorite movie after a full day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up some delicious meals. After a day at the beach, the complex features a gym just steps from your door. For added convenience, a community laundry facility is located on the 1st floor. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). "If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay right on the beach then look no further. We had a great vacation staying at Vacasa’s Sunbird condo. It is right on the beach with amazing views of the shore. The condo is well furnished with ample sleeping options for 6 and host of amenities including extra pillows, bedsheets and towels. The building is under construction but it did not impact our stay. We were able to access the balcony and enjoy the amazing views without any noise or construction interference. We look forward to staying again during our next visit."
