After a day at the beach, the complex has a gym just steps from your door. For added convenience, a community laundry facility is located on the 1st floor. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. **Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

The condo has the most amazing view of the GULF OF MEXICO to see the creative view of the gulf mornings and evenings and hearing the waves at night while sitting on the balcony is glorious!!!! "The condo was as described. It is was clean and steps away from the beach. The elevator was surprisingly fast for this larger complex, we never waited more than 2 minutes. We had 3 people and there was plenty of room. They had a Murphy bed in the living room, which is way better and more comfortable than a pull out sofa bed. The patio was nice and had a good view of the beach. The only downfall was slow water pressure in the shower, but it wasn’t too bad where you couldn’t shower, just took some extra time. Also, I missed the part in their description where they charge $30 for parking and $6 for wrist bands to use the pool. I wish they would just factor this into the total price and include everything, so that I would t have to pay extras. We had to make a stop at the bank after we checked in to get cash to pay for the parking, because they didn’t accept credit cards. I would definitely stay at this location again."

"Great value, amazing location. Easy-peasy getting to the water. Both beds, the couch, and recliner were super comfy. You can tell the building is older, but the condo renovation is definitely updated and looks great! Kitchen is on the smaller side, but we weren’t cooking 5 course meals so no biggie there. If you’re like me, you need it cold in there. A/C works great and i didn’t have to use my portable A/C at all. I highly recommend this place!"
