This cozy one bed one bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and two sleeper sofas in the living room. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite movie. A fully equipped kitchen and dining space is available to dine in after a relaxing day. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

"Our condo (906W) was PERFECT! The view was amazing and exactly what we wanted. You have to be careful because many host will mislead you with their pictures and descriptions but not here. Our balcony directly faced the beach and the only thing between our condo and the water was sand. The paint scheme in the condo made it feel very “beachy” and like being on a tropical island. The bed was pretty comfortable, the linens were nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I wished we would’ve had would be more seasonings in the cabinet. They provide salt and pepper but if you want anything else you have to buy or bring it. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some sort of spray cleaner for like wiping off the kitchen counters and stove. Other than these minor inconveniences our stay was amazing. Book your stay with confidence…we think you’ll be happy too!"
