"Our experience was very relaxed and we felt safe during our stay. The pictures online was an exact replica of the condo. Everything was clean and welcoming. The view was picture perfect. Service for extra towels was just a phone call away. The only issues we experienced was there was no ceiling fan in the bed room and the condo was very hot during the day due to not being able to drop temp below 70 degrees. With that being said it’s very hard to expect it to be very cool with the large windows and sliding glass doors. Without those you could not get the view that we had. Overall rating is still 99.999999%Will definitely book here again!!!!"

"Excellent Room! - We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this unit! Lisa was very helpful and communicated well before and during our trip. After staying, I looked back at the posting and felt it very accurately matched the unit! We knew exactly what would be available for us to use and which parts of the unit would be under construction.
Here are some things we especially liked:
1. Excellent internet for streaming! We've found that good internet is not always available when renting, but the internet in this unit was great!
2. Very clean condo with a stocked kitchen
3. The decorations made the room very comfortable and enjoyable!
Here are some notes on the location that we thought would be helpful when making a decision for your family/group. We did not feel these should affect the rating of the condo because we really enjoyed Lisa's condo!
1. As mentioned in the description, this unit looks out at the beach and Pineapple Willy's / the road. This meant that when we sat on the balcony in the morning for coffee, it was very hard to hear the ocean waves over the sound of the Pineapple Willy's air conditioning units. Also, it was very noisy at night. This could have been due to the specific dates we stayed in the condo, but I felt it was worth noting if you're looking for a quiet stay.
2. The beach itself was a little more crowded than we're used to when staying in Panama City. Although Sunbird had it's own part of the beach with chairs available to rent, there are two especially large condos near Sunbird that share the surrounding beach area. This meant that there were a lot of people on the beach at all times during our trip. Since we used our own chairs and umbrellas, we had to walk down pretty far from the condo to get an open space that didn't block other's views of the beach. If you don't mind large crowds, this should not be a problem!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay! We have NO complaints about Lisa's room! The two above comments are hopefully helpful for people looking for a quiet, relaxing beach trip with few people around them.

"Couldn’t have been happier! - My two children and I had a great time! The condo was spacious and I loved having the 3 windows and the views from the balcony. I loved the decor of the condo. The bed was very comfy; The bathroom has a nice sized tub. We used the kitchen for a couple of meals a day and then would go out for dinner. We had all the pots, pans, dishes and gadgets we needed. The oven cooked well and the dishwasher was quiet. We found lots of great restaurants; a couple within walking distance. We utilized and loved having the beach chairs...That was a great perk! And Angela...what a gem! She was always quick to respond, answered all my questions, and pointed me in the right direction on activities, restaurants, area events, etc. We had a wonderful, relaxing, restorative vacation! "Enjoyable and relaxing - My daughter and I enjoyed a week "on the beach" in this lovely condo. Since the weather was clear the entire week we didn't spend much time inside. It was so nice to have a place to fix simple meals, sleep, shower, and sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings and watch the activity below. The view is gorgeous!!! A big plus were the beach chairs (took advantage of them everyday, all day). We mostly walked to nearby restaurants and stores. "Couldn't be happier! - My son and I visited PCB for his Fall break and our first vacation together in 2 years, and we could not be happier with our stay! The room was absolutely adorable, we were in the perfect location within walking distance to everything, and Angela was so accommodating! We WILL be back! "

"AWESOME Place to stay - This was my families first trip to PCB. After lots of searching and reading several reviews I happened upon this condo. And I'm so glad I did this was an AWESOME place to stay. The condo was very clean and I couldn't ask for a better location. The owner was most helpful in places to eat and communication during the whole stay. They really have their act together and on top of that very helpful and friendly. The beach chairs and umbrella that the owner provides with the rental were very much appreciated, and used every day. Everyone at the sunbird was very helpful and the 2 guys at the beach chair rental place went far and above to move the umbrella so we could have shade. Gated facility and close to anything you need. My family will plan to stay here again."

"In the middle of EVERYTHING - This was my first time planning my first family vacation, so I wanted everything to be perfect. I highly advise looking at these reviews instead of the Sun Bird reviews online, this unit was clean and perfect, and managed by one who takes her time in making sure everyone is happy and having a fantastic time! It is just a little small so anymore than a family of 4 would be a little cramped. When I walked out on the balcony there is a beach view to the left and a "city" view to the right. We could sit and watch the waves or sit and watch the people, which we love. This condo is literally in the middle of great food, awesome attractions, and having a 4 month old and making a trip to the urgent care there is even 1 VERY close by! I absolutely loved the fact there were keys, wrist bands, and a parking pass ready for us at the condo so I didn't have to waste a whole bunch of time getting that stuff together. We will most definitely be renting this unit again! "

"Ocean view - My family just stayed here and had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean, and in great shape. Had great views, and was in a prime beachfront location. The owner was the best, she even text us in the middle of our stay to see of everything was good and we were having a nice time. Would highly recommend renting from her!"

"Very Happy - We were very pleased with the condo. It was super clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed...including scissors 🙂 Angela is very personable & wonderful to work with. We love being able to walk next door to Pineapple Willys. Also recommend Dee's Hang Out for good food. It's next to Hungry Howies, just a short walk away. We really appreciated being able to use the beach chair & umbrella. It made going to the beach so much easier! My husband and I had a wonderful time and recommend this condo! "

"Excellent Condo and Owners - Working with Angela was extremely easy and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. The condo was clean, and exactly as represented. She made every effort she could to accommodate our stay. The location is excellent and is walking distance to wal-mart, and most any activity you could imagine. You are right by the heated pool, and steps to the beach. We had an excellent time, and I would recommend Angela to anybody."

"Panama City Condo - This was a very clean and decorated condo. Veiw was nice and shaded during hottest temperature. Evening sun with nice breeze. All amenities there. Very nice stay."

"Great Place - Ocean View - Helpful Owner! - Great winter get away right on the beach! The condo has a nice ocean view with beautiful white sandy beaches right below you. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and great to work with! Pineapple Willy's is also right next door with their world famous ribs. Great place! "

"Great place to stay!!! - Excellent view and great location. Close to a lot of stores and restaurant. The condo is just as described. nice and clean. Only thing I can complain about was the wifi sucks, but it actually forced me not to work and enjoy some downtime.

"Wonderful Home Away From Home - We just returned from a wonderful week at Sunbird despite the weather! Angela was great to work with during the entire rental process. The unit was extremely clean, had been updated and was well maintained. The inclusion of the chairs and umbrellas was a real plus! My only suggestion for improvement is to replace some of the kitchen cookware. We will definitely remember this unit for future use and referral to others. Thanks to Angela for making this a wonderful home away from home."

"April 26 - April 29th, 2012 stay - We recently had a girls weekend and this condo was just as described and the view was great!. The owner, Angela, was so helpful and friendly with our stay. We were tired the first day from travel and sun, and located next to the condo facility was Pineapple Willies, good food and great view of ocean while eating there. When we had enough of sand, we enjoyed the pools afterwards. We will definitely rent from Angela again."

"Last Minute Getaway - Our family was looking for an inexpensive, last minute getaway to PCB. This condo had had a cancellation and Angela couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible to work with! Any questions or requests that we had, were answered almost immediately. I was choosing between 3 available condos, and it seemed that this one was the best for the money, so she has it priced right too. We really enjoyed our stay!"

""THANKS MOMMA" - Me and my wife stayed at "ANDELA'S condo from 7-16-11 to 7-23-11 and we just loved it. The condo is close to evcerything you want to do. It's all within walking distance from alot of things. Put Put, Go Carts, Stores and Places to eat.The bed sleeps good and the condo is very clean and nice. The view from the condo is great. Rather you believe it or not me and my wife are 47 years old and we have never seen the ocean before we r just a couple with very limmited means. This was the first time for us. My momma and me has always wanted to go but we never did. My mother passed july 25 2011 from her 7 year battle with cancer. The money she left me after she passed is how me and my wife finally got to go to panama city beach for the firt time. This trip was going to be ruff on me and i knew it but i had to go and i loved it. I hope my momma got to see the ocean through my eyes and was amazed like i was. I was praying she did anyway. Well when i got onto vrbo with my story looking for a place to stay ANGELA was the first to replay and she was very nice,easy and very helpful to book her condo. I may never get to go again but if i do i will want to go back to her condo again. It was great, everything about it was. So my god bless you angela and your family for helping mine. I will recommend her condo to anyone. It's good for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room. Give her a call because if you want a good place to stay for the money she has it. "Great place on the beach! - My husband and I recently stayed in this condo. It was right on the beach and a short walk to Pineapple Willie's.
