SunDestin 1415 is a stunning 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo located in the heart of Destin. This recently furnished condo on the 14th floor offers breathtaking views of the beach from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Start your day off right by sipping a cup of coffee on the private balcony while gazing at the endless gulf shoreline and watching dolphins play. The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, while the bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. With its spacious layout and modern furnishings, this condo ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities at SunDestin 1415 are unbeatable. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. For sun lovers, the sugar white sand beach is just steps away, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle waves. End your day by unwinding on the beachfront balcony and marveling at the beautiful sunset.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!

"Perfect setup for our girls trip, we also loved the convenience of a restaurant and store downstairs! As noted in description, there are no cooking basics as far as spices, coffee filters, etc so bring your own."

"The view was amazing! We really enjoyed the sunsets. It’s close to basically everything that you might need (Walmart, target, Publix, restaurants, etc) I will recommend to bring a tend and chairs since they don’t allow personal umbrellas at the beach."

"great installations. These are not a new construction so expect some wear and tear on some of the building elements. staff supper friendly and helpful. Amenities are good. Beach is perfect!. Apartment 1415 was good, great view of the sunsets, nice balcony, fully equipped kitchen. It is a great complex to spend couple of relax days. Lots of things at walking distance. Has an indoor pool which is not huge but ok for small kids. Beach is 100 ft walking distance from the pool."
