The master bedroom features a king bed, the first guest bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite, second bedroom has a queen bed, the third guest bedroom has 2 full beds with its own entry, the fourth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, and fifth guest bedroom has a bunk room with an ensuite bathroom that is perfect for kids. Gated Destiny West is home to some of the most luxurious homes in Destin. Tucked just off Scenic Gulf Drive, the location is ideal. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.
Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.
Guests may rent golf carts through Destin Elite Carts, which includes free pickup and delivery and a full tank of gas upon pickup. All carts are 6-passenger, with plenty of space to hold beach gear. Destin Elite golf carts are street-legal in Destin, Miramar Beach, and surrounding areas. Carts can be driven on all roads in the Destin and 30A area, except for HWY 98 and Emerald Coast Pkwy. "Group trip - Our group of 11 loved this property. It was beautiful and very spacious, inside and out. Pool was clean but a little too cold for me but others enjoyed. Minor issues: there were small ants in one of the bedrooms and batteries needed to be replaced in the remote for the outside tv. Management responded promptly and came out and sprayed the bedroom and replaced the batteries. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness only because the master bedroom shower could use a little more attention when cleaning but overall, everything was great. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay."

"Sunny Days - A Perfect Beach Getaway
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning beach house known as Sunny Days and cannot express enough how incredibly delightful this experience was. Everything, from the impeccable location to the well-appointed amenities, exceeded our expectations.
First and foremost, the location is nothing short of breathtaking. The house is in the quiet, gated neighborhood directly across the street from the beach (or Crap Trap restaurant). The property itself is absolutely stunning; it has been meticulously maintained and features a large pool with outdoor games. The tranquility and seclusion provided by this spot make it a true haven for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Walking into the beach house, we were immediately struck by the attention to detail and the modern yet cozy design. The interior is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating areas, tasteful décor, and large windows that allow for natural light to flood in from the back of the house. The open-concept layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gathering with friends and family or simply unwinding after a day spent by the ocean.
The bedrooms are equally impressive, boasting comfortable beds adorned with soft linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures.
It was a short walk to the beach - which we took advantage of every day - but there are 4 bikes that made touring around the area even more enjoyable. Even though the house is located in a private neighborhood with a clubhouse, it's still close to everything you need. Both the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets are so close you can even rent a golf cart and drive there to spend the day.
One of the highlights of our stay at Sunny Days was the private outdoor space. The spacious covered pool patio served as the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or indulge in an ice-cold beer after a fun-filled day. The well-maintained yard added to the overall appeal of the property, creating a harmonious blend of nature and comfort. We loved listening to the birds while in the heated pool!
In addition to the stunning location and well-designed interior, the attentive service provided by the property management team further enhanced our stay. From the moment we made the reservation to the day of check-out, the staff was readily available to answer any inquiries and ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect.
Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a serene escape from the everyday, Sunny Days is an absolute gem that promises an unforgettable experience.
