Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location, much closer to the ocean than I thought. The pool was an added plus. The town of Rosemary Beach was charming and we could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. Great value for this area!- Posted: 11/29/2024

Great stay
Beautiful property with amazing location. Super short walk to community beach. House is well maintained and as pictured. Communication with the rental company is very easy and they responded quickly. It is a big rental company so they have lots of paperwork and strict rules that they will not bend on but it was fine. Keep in mind the beaches in the area are all private and you have to stay within a defined small area that gets pretty crowded. We booked our chairs and umbrellas about a month out and had a front row spot so we were good, but without proper planning, you can easily end up far back with lots of people in front of you. The beds weren’t the most comfortable ever. Fine but definitely not great. I also wish they would provide a bit more toilet paper. They may it clear that they only provide staters for these type of products, but for the nightly rate it seems wild that they couldn’t spend a couple more dollars for a few extra rolls. Overall it was a great trip and we were happy with our stay.- Posted: 9/23/2024

Place was exactly as pictured, and super close to the beach access. Everything we needed for cooking was available. They really do clean out everything so come prepared with all your own spices etc. There are 2 adult bikes available, but we didn't use them. the restaurants and shops were a short walk away, and there are so many people walking and riding their bikes, that it feels safe in the area. The re is a little court yard at the entrance of the house with was great cause we left all our beach gear out there instead of tracking all that sand inside. There is a shower available outside to wash off the sand, which was great instead of waiting in the crowded shower area near the beach. The beach was great, the water was a nice without being super cold, the sand was powdery soft and perfect for the kids to play in. If you want a spot up front you do need to get up and get out there early, we saw people heading to the beach as early as 7am.- Posted: 5/27/2024

We really enjoyed our stay because we were so close to everything in beautiful Rosemary Beach.
The short distance to walk into town where there was several restaurants to chose from and lots of cute shops. It was so close to the beach which was nice but the downside is that all the rentals/homes across the street have access to the same beach which is confined to specific parameters and therefore, tends to get super crowded.- Posted: 3/8/2024

Awesome time.
Great location .Clean , comfortable , close to the beach and pool . Few minor issues. For example, the ice marker was lock. A $600 cleanup fee and we had to strip down our beds. ? When we arrived, the bicycles were not locked. We were told we would be responsible if they stolen .- Posted: 7/1/2023

We’ll be back! We LOVED it!
We loved this property! The location is perfect to the beach, pool and into town. It was the best little vacation home for our family. We did hope there would’ve been a few more necessary amenities (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) but now that we know to order more we will do that for next time. Great location and great relaxing vacation
We had a great time and the location was great. Close walk to the beach and pool and a few really good dinner restaurants. The beach was crowded! You have to claim a spot early in the morning and set out all your gear. The section for residents who didn't want to purchase chairs/umbrellas for the day was small. The house has a hose to wash off the sand so you dont have to wait in the long line at the beach! Overall we had a great trip and would come back!- Posted: 7/15/2022

Amazing stay!! Very responsive property management when I had a couple questions. Prime location on Rosemary Beach, ~3 min walk to the sand. I could not have picked a closer stay to the water. Easy unit to find (had to ask day of for unit # however), easy parking, clean living spaces, air conditioning, perfect bikes, the list can go on.
The construction happening next door usually starts between 7-8am but didn’t bother us much because we were happy to start the day early and spend majority of our days at the beach and biking around town.
Everyone was super nice in the area, will be back! Only thing to note, there are just 1 extra lightweight blankets in each room. Recommend a couple more for downstairs on the couch or beds for those that need it.

Great little house, very close to the beach.
Perfect little house, close to the beach, in a great location right between Rosemary and Alys. In my opinion the best area on 30A. Great bikes, great gates community. Walking distance to great feels options in Rosemary and Alys. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, however it could use an update to the beds and bedding.
