Absolutely wonderful. The property is the best floor plan in any we have stayed in especially if you have teens. So spacious with lots of light so you see the water from many areas. Compliments to the owners as the seating is comfortable.

The entire condo complex is small...not packed with hundreds of other people. Beautiful and spacious unit on the 6th floor with a balcony over looking the Gulf Of Mexico. Perfect for our reunion with our 90 year old grandmother..easy access and not much walking for her. Thank You!Rebecca Estey

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms on Okaloosa Island. Beach service was nice. Views are amazing. Balcony is spacious. Property was well appointed with all the kitchen items that I needed. Property was clean.

The Palms, Unit 601 at Fort Walton Beach is a very nice 3bdrm, 3bath unit. It is a little dated by cabinets and vanities but everything functions, was well maintained and it was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dish-wear, pots, etc.. Great beachfront views and locations close to many things. Balcony and beach access are great and chairs and umbrellas come with the building (first come-first serve). Pool is small but clean and private. Would stay there again. RealJoy Vacations was very responsive and service oriented. They manage many nice properties in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I checked in on the July 4th & stayed the weekend. The view of the beach was amazing. The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room. The pool is small (4ft deep), but it wasn't crowded. There was not a lot of high traffic because the building doesn't have a lot of rooms, which was made our experience more enjoyable. The owners reached out via email, during our stay, but we didn't need anything or have any major complaints.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The spacious property provided plenty of space for our twin granddaughters and grandson to enjoy their own area. The unit was clean, relaxing and provided stunning views from the very spacious balcony. A real gem!

Being right on the gulf watching the sun rise and set was amazing! There was more than enough space for all of us to have privacy when we wanted it. Definately would recommend as a place to stay while enjoying the beach and surrounding area. Very clean and had everything we needed.

My 6 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and myself (the bride) stayed here for my bachelorette party. The condo was extremely clean, relaxing music was playing when we entered, and the views and beaches were beautiful. We went during “back to school” week so there were no kids and beaches weren’t crowded. The balcony was huge and everything was so elegant looking for our pictures. Recommendations for improvement: master bathroom faucet leaks water onto the floor, pull out couches are not comfy, replace can opener (broken) and more spare blankets would be great.

casa stupenda e vista spettacolare sul mare e sulla spiaggia. camere grandi, tutte con bagno privato e cucina super attrezzata, terrazza belle e confort 100% anche negli spazi comuni. spiaggia attrezzata con personale gentile ed accogliente, dotata anche di canoe e sup per poter raggiungere il reef artificiale e potere fare un po' di sport il ritiro delle chiavi e del codice è stato a dir poco drammatico... abbiamo temuto di non riuscire a dormire in casa perchè al telefono non rispondeva nessuno e non ci era stata mandata la mail con i codici

This was my first Airbnb stay. Place was exactly like described. We enjoyed the beach view from the balcony. Walking distance from the beach. Apartment was neat and clean. I recommend to stay at this place.
