"The Palms, Unit 601 at Fort Walton Beach is a very nice 3bdrm, 3bath unit. It is a little dated by cabinets and vanities but everything functions, was well maintained and it was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dish-wear, pots, etc.. Great beachfront views and locations close to many things. Balcony and beach access are great and chairs and umbrellas come with the building (first come-first serve). Pool is small but clean and private. Would stay there again.
RealJoy Vacations was very responsive and service oriented. They manage many nice properties in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Very Spacious - My family and I checked in on the July 4th & stayed the weekend. The view of the beach was amazing. The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room. The pool is small (4ft deep), but it wasn't crowded. There was not a lot of high traffic because the building doesn't have a lot of rooms, which was made our experience more enjoyable. The owners reached out via email, during our stay, but we didn't need anything or have any major complaints."

"Beach Bachelorette Bash! - My 6 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and myself (the bride) stayed here for my bachelorette party. The condo was extremely clean, relaxing music was playing when we entered, and the views and beaches were beautiful. We went during “back to school” week so there were no kids and beaches weren’t crowded. The balcony was huge and everything was so elegant looking for our pictures.
Recommendations for improvement: master bathroom faucet leaks water onto the floor, pull out couches are not comfy, replace can opener (broken) and more spare blankets would be great."
