"This place was so nice. It was actually better than the pictures. I usually clean before we unpack but it was so clean I didn’t we felt comfortable right from the get go we rent condos/property frequently and this is by far the cleanest. We actually ended up extending our stay by two days we felt so comfortable. The people at Realjoy worked it out with no problems. They took care of it all. The only problem was that we had to leave and we didn’t want to!"

"We had no issues during our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and all over a great place to stay. We have stayed at the Tidewater condos 3 other times so we knew that there would be small wait times at busy times of day just be patient the place has 30 stories but this unit is on the 11th floor. The condo was super clean usually I go in and clean after the cleaners before we unpack, this time I didn’t. It was so clean I knew it had been cleaned right! Only negative thing was that we had to leave and go home. We booked 2 extra days over our original reservation because it was such a good vacation. Thank you guys for accommodating that. "

"We enjoyed the layout of this condo. 2 Bedrooms with Bunks was perfect, we each had our own bathroom which was nice and convenient. The view was impressive on the 11th floor, oceanfront! The beds were comfortable and the living space was nice to watch Tv in the evenings. The kitchen has all the up to date cooking essentials. The coffee maker was perfect as you could do a whole pot of coffee (ground coffee) or single cup of coffee (K-cups). I loved that they had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash a load before checking out. The only thing I suggest is more beach chairs. There was only one available on the Balcony which we all fought over. Lol You could also pay to use the beach chair rentals down on the beach. Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo. We will be back in the future."
