"Time Out is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of amenities. The house itself was laid out nicely and worked well for our family of 4 + 2 grandparents. There is a master on the first floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a loft/play room that has a door. The host is very responsive to requests- we had issues with trying to lock the doors and getting access to the golf cart and got quick responses. I would alert you that you need to specifically ask for golf cart instructions prior to arriving. You will need to pay a deposit and sign a liability agreement. It was disappointing that even after being proactive and completing this prior to our arrival, we still had to ask for the instructions on getting the key for the golf cart. Overall, we had an amazing trip and really enjoyed this house."

"We were very happy with the house because it was very clean, well decorated, and a well stocked kitchen. The house and the beautiful community far exceeded our expectations and it was a wonderful experience to have a golf cart and bicycles available at the property. The tennis court and pickleball was used daily. The beach access was a golf cart ride away with white sand and beautiful, clear ocean. The amenities were all used and enjoyed with our family of five. We would definitely recommend this property for a wonderful vacation home!"

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at Time Out and we have loved it! Cypress Dunes is our favorite place with so much to do in community and a short ride to beach access. We’ve stayed in the community a few years now, and have booked this house with Real Joy the past 2 years and will continue to. The perfect house with golf cart included makes it so easy to get around to places in community. Real Joy has been great both times too. We really have no complaints and the house is beautiful, spacious with 3 big bedrooms ans all with full baths inside, beautiful porches throughout, and very equipped kitchen! "

"After the initial issues with the cleaning crew, we had a near perfect stay! The home is beautifully appointed with high end finishes that will make you feel at home. The property with furnished decks bikes and golf cart made for an all-around enjoyable experience. The infinity pool and gym were used every day. Finally we would highly suggest avoiding the public beach and utilizing Topsail Hill State Park and the tram. From the short golf cart drive, we had flawless beach views with no crowds versus the madness down the road!
The cleaning issue was addressed and remedied after several attempts on our part. We were thankful!"

The home is equipped with a golf cart that you can take down 30a for shopping, dining, and quite beach access. "We loved our escape to 30A and RealJoy's Time Out rental. The house was beautiful, felt clean yet cozy, and provided a relaxing space for us to come home to each day. "Loved this place and would for sure stay again. Great location and amenities. Golf cart was a must have to get to the beach with your gear. The house was larger than it looked with lots of space. The one and only gripe I have with the place is that there is a $500 extra refundable fee for the golf cart. Didn’t really make sense but rather than that we were extremely happy with the price, location, host, house, and community. I highly recommend booking here if you want to experience the best of 30A."

"My family and I really enjoyed our time here - the house was nice and super comfortable. While Rosemary and Seaside and all that you think of with 30A is still about 45 to an hour away depending on traffic, Santa Rosa was lovely and the beaches were beautiful. Topsail was a particular favorite and the bikes were perfect for getting there. As others said, we also had the pool to ourselves a lot, which was really nice. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Beautifully furnished with lots of extras. Hair dryer and iron were included even though they were not listed as being included on the “what to bring, what not to bring” email. Had a few issues with a ceiling fan cap falling and a water leak from the master bath, but they were addressed within 24 hours. They weren’t major and didn’t affect us. Pool was great given the fact that beaches had double red flags during most of our stay. Beaches were a bit farther and harder to access than we thought and we weren’t sure if we could take the golf cart that far so we didn’t get to use it much. Bikes were nice but since there were 5 of us, it would have been really nice to have the option to add another. Beds were softer than we are used to, but that’s just a personal preference. Time Out could actually easily sleep 7, but reservations are limited to 6. All and all, it was a wonderful stay."

"This place was a hidden gem. We looked at so many rentals and this one stood out. Peaceful and private! There are neighbors but the woods in the back is so peaceful and beautiful. I loved laying on the hammock and listening to music.
The place was immaculate and extremely cozy and comfortable. The host was amazing and responsive to our questions.
The neighborhood is great, the pool is amazing. We went to the pool a few times, quiet and not that many people there. Sometimes we had the whole pool/place to ourselves. It was right by the main strip so easy to get everywhere and also right on the 30A to go visit the other shore towns. If we head to Destin again, we will be sure to look this place up."

"The home is absolutely beautiful and we will definitely return if we don’t end up buying a place ourselves. The house and neighborhood amenities were perfect! The amenities provided in the house I felt were a little sparse for staying 7 nights. The distance to the beach was a little farther than I thought, I would recommend having a car at this location but the golf cart was perfect for getting to and from the beach. I would not recommend driving any further on 30a than Blue Mountain on the golf cart and that felt like a stretch. If you’re looking for a relaxing time in peaceful surroundings away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place! We swam, played Pickleball and rode the bikes to Top Sail Preserve and had a great time! My husband loved waking up every morning to the deer right behind the house. Our family of 6 were more than comfortable for the week."
