There was hair on the floor of the upstairs bathrooms. There was a leak on kitchen faucet. There was no response to my email about a key for the golf cart. No path to the beach we had to drive to find a beach.

We loved the place and 30A… the bikes and pool were amazing! The only complaint would be that we could not find the broom.

Beautiful condo. More than enough space for the seven of us that stayed. The pool is very nice and the bikes were fun to use! The property manager responded almost instantly with a small issue we had. Perfect for a family vacation!

Beautiful home near beach. The home is beautiful and the pool is great for families with children. The Chill across the street is lots of fun…. food, live music and shopping. Getting to the beach is a hassle if you have small children and lots of items. I’ve staid in this area before and will again. Realjoy was very responsive each time I had questions.

Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and the hosts were very friendly & responsive if anything was needed. Location was amazing, right across from the hub and local shopping, I would definitely recommend this exact place to a friend if visiting the area!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Prominence! The place is beautiful, comfortable, and so clean. You can tell that this place is taken good care of and the management is so kind. I love that the pool and gym is right down the street, as well as the Big Chill right across from the road. Everything is family friendly and there are so many great places to eat. This was one of the best vacations that I have ever been on and this place is now my go-to vacation spot. It was an unforgettable and extremely relaxing!

This is the third time that we have stayed in a Prominence property. This property has all that you will need for your stay. We had a small issue with a knob on the primary bedroom closet. We make one call to RealJoy and their technician made two trips to correct the issue. The space was very clean and all appliances were in good working order. Would highly recommend this property for anyone's vacation.

After a huge issue with another condo we rented we found the townhouse through RealJoy and were pleased from check in to check out. The condo was beautiful, more than enough room for the 6 of us, the pool was perfect for our kids…they had fun riding in the golf cart and the bikes that were part of the rental were an added bonus. I also loved the fact that the area is a tourist area, but it didn’t feel like it. It’s just a quaint area, close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in this community before so already knew the convenience and ease of this location. The property is clean, fit our needs and we loved that it came with bikes!

This was a great property and exactly as described. The community has few amenities however and is densely populated. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. I doubt anyone has lived in this unit as it does have very limited extras. Bring most everything you need. The kitchen had adequate pans and dishes but not much else. Not even salt & pepper. The unit does not have a grill. Grilling would need to be done at the common space pool area. Overall a nice place and comfortable.

We are very happy that this newly constructed property met your expectations and was very clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such supplies as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. Condiments, spices, coffee, and coffee filters are normally not offered due to food safety concerns. We had the absolute best time! The pictures of this property don’t even do it justice, it was beautiful and just perfect! The community resort style pool and short bike ride to the beach made this place the perfect spot for my husband and our friends for the week.

We totally enjoyed, the accommodations, pool and location. We thoroughly enjoyed the bikes that came with the property. The Pool was wonderful. The beach was a little further then the .5 mile that the listing stated. And the board walk was a long walk, but once we were on the beach we forgot all about the walk. Beautiful, clean beach.
