Families will love the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck, zero entry pool (seasonally heated Oct/Nov and Mar/April), cabanas, bath house, and nice shady areas in which to enjoy relaxing in one of the fantastic hammocks spread throughout. Prominence also features outdoor dining pavilions, community grills, and community fireplaces. The beach is an easy bike ride away. Experience this fantastic beach town and its newest premier community as we are certain you will easily see what it has to offer! Town of Prominence only allows one exclusive golf cart vendor, 30A Gulf Carts - after booking reach out to us to book a golf cart. Privately-guest owned golf carts are not allowed in this neighborhood.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.
Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30 Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30 Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.
Deer Lake State Park - This state park is roughly half a mile away from Prominence (about a five-minute golf cart ride). Upon arrival, you will see a small parking lot that requires an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian/bicyclist/extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten-minute walk.
Walton Dunes - Located 2.5 miles from Prominence, Walton Dunes is an easily
accessible beach entrance.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, which was deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
