Fabulous Watercolor! The open floor plan, expansive windows, and French doors on the beachside and community side give you a spectacular view from almost any room. Located in in the center of the Watercolor Community, this is directly next door to the Fish Out of Water restaurant. This gorgeous WaterColor Gulf-Front townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8, and is just a couple of steps from the dune boardwalk crossover.

Fall in love with this townhome after a long day at the beach club next door or the complex's own private pool. The King Master and Queen bedroom open to balconies overlooking the Gulf. Both have flat screen TVs and private baths! A guest bedroom with two twins also has a TV, and there is a sleeper sofa.

A breakfast bar for 2 connects the kitchen to the family room and is joined to the dining room by beautiful hardwood floors. An open floorplan makes entertaining easy and gives almost the entire home a view of the Emerald Waters! Covered Parking is provided, so there is no stress searching for limited parking spots. An elevator is adjacent to the parking spot for ease of access to the upper floor. This unit also has a Kangen Water filter system! You just can’t beat our location and amenities.

The newly redesigned Camp WaterColor pool area offers three different pool options. One pool offers zero entry access, a large splash pad with interactive dancing water jets to entertain the younger kids, and a small water slide for the younger kids, this pool was designed with families in mind. Another pool offers a waterslide for older kids and the whole family will enjoy the lazy river, food service, bar area and arcade. Your kids will love the scheduled activities!

Area Attractions:

Seaside is a fantastic destination in walking distance and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family love staying in Watercolor Townhouse 9. We have stayed in Watercolor for years, but this was by far our favorite. I will definitely rent through Realjoy again. Walt was the BEST to work with. He was helpful before we arrived and all during our stay. We had one maintenance issue and David was sent quickly to repair. can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Wonderful!

Enjoyed our first trip to Seaside/Watercolor! The condo was great - a perfect location. Easy access to everything; pool, beach, the square. The bikes were so nice and we really liked the Watercolor beach access. Private enough to avoid crowds yet close enough to the square to walk to enjoy everything that Seaside has to offer! The condo was awesome! We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio everyday, and had more than enough space for our group. The linens and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed! RealJoy was great as well - clear communication and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great spot

Large multi level condo beachfront and next to the Beach Club. Very large and comfortable and well appointed. Loved the locale close to the beach, amenities and restaurants. Easy biking to wherever we wanted to go. Only wish we could have seen the gulf better from the balcony but the dunes and vegetation prevented that.

Overall, we loved the location and convenience of this unit. The unit was spacious and cleanly. The only downside for us was the AC won’t go below 70 but really not lower than 74 at night. It was a little toasty for us.

An amazing three-bedroom three bath beachfront condo in watercolor. Our family of five had an amazing time both in the condo on the beach at camp watercolor and at all of the restaurants and shopping in Seaside. We will definitely be back in the future.

Watercolor early May 2022

Excellent property in a great location. There are two suggestions: The floors were not as clean as possible as anyone walking barefoot inside the property quickly found out. The second issue was not being aware that there is an exclusive provider of golf carts for Watercolor (Electric Car Company). This is fine as long as you know; we had reserved a cart from a different company ahead of time and found out when arriving that they are not allowed in the community. On another note the clothes dryer did not work well. Overall the property is great and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Wonderful week

The dining slip covers are pretty stained. Maybe using faux leather or something that can be cleaned regularly would be better. The showers had mold, but we bought cleaner and cleaned. The stove and oven are a bit tricky. Overall, we had a great time and would rent again.

Great location

The property is just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. It was a quick walk or bike ride to just about anywhere. We loved being on the beachside of 30A. It was also a bonus having a private pool for the beachside townhomes. We will definitely rent here again!

Watercolor for the WIN!

This condo was perfect for our party of 7. There was one hiccup with the pool key card but we sorted it out in a day...Access to 3 pools was great. Camp Watercolor was where are kids had the most fun (age 2 & 5) and this is a beautiful bike ride away. (About 1.5 miles) The condo is really close to beach access and you can never say enough about sugar sand beaches and the clear blue water in Watercolor.

Lovely experience

Wonderful property, super location, we wanted to be on the beach, although the view is partial due to obstruction by the dunes and landscaping. We could see the water in the distance, but not the beach at all. Property was spacious and fulfilled our every need. Can't beat having the pool within steps from our porch. Would not hesitate to visit this property again!
