"We have stayed here multiple times. Excellent location. Gulf access is just across the street. The street is a dead end, so little traffic. The unit is clean and well furnished and kitchen is well supplied. Internet and TV are top notch. Mattresses are only 2 years old so very comfortable(not too soft!) for sleeping. Real Joy is always prompt to respond to any questions."

MY ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO PUT A COUPLE OF HOOKS IN THE SHOWER AND ONE JUST OUTSIDE OF THE SHOWER DOOR, THERE WAS NO PLACE TO HANG YOUR TOWEL. OTHER THAN THAT A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY OR LIVE."

"We had a fantastic time and a great experience with this management company. I was super skeptical but happy to say all for nothing. Place was clean, pictures were accurate. No surprises. We would definitely book this place again. I was nervous about not being RIGHT on the beach, but you have a full beach view and in my opinion you gain way more in the nicer building, newer facilities, bigger and better pool/gym/hot tub than if you booked tower 1 or 2 which is directly on the beach. Plus, you still have full beach access, just need to walk across the private walkway. I would without question book tower 3 again next time."

"This unit (Boardwalk 1209) made our month-long (February, 2023) vacation at PCB extra special. The view from the balcony provided scene after scene of the Gulf, the beach, boats, dolphins, etc. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the fitness center which was always clean with the right equipment. Our only complaint echoes that from previous reviews. The living room furniture (sofa and chair) are too worn out for human comfort. Also we would have appreciated knowing that the Corner Market and the Tiki Bar and Grill are not opened year round."

The pool area and fitness room are stunning - loved the gulf views from there & the breezes. Also loved the screened porch & listening to the serenade of the tree frogs from the common area behind the house Everything about our stay was wonderful!"
