"We stayed at All Decked Out 1/26 - 1/30. The house was perfect! The kitchen and living room made us feel right at home and the 2 large bedrooms upstairs worked well for 2 couples. There is a wonderful seating area outside between the garage and house that gives you a great place to relax. All of our dealings with RealJoy were as pleasant as could be! The Guest Services agents (Logan, Chris, and Marie) were curious and professional. We were celebrating birthdays and Melanie from the property management team stayed late before our check-in to decorate and leave gifts. It was very much appreciated!! The only issue we had was an empty propane tank for the fire pit in the sitting area. Within a couple hours of notification, Koadis brought us a fresh one that lasted the rest of our trip. 5/5 stars and would highly recommend."

"We stayed in a condo on Panama City Beach over the New Years weekend. Real Joy Vacation rentals assisted us throughout our stay. They sent us a text message about the condo unit along with directions on parking, parking passes, gate codes, wifi access and how to access the unit. All of this information was provided prior to our arrival and made checking into our unit easy. They also provided us a direct phone number to text or call with any questions we might have. Our condo was clean and just perfect for the weekend. We received a checkout reminder through text on what was required and to our surprise checking out was simple and we only had to put towels in the washing machine & dishes in the dishwasher. After leaving I had forgotten my makeup case in the bathroom. I texted the number provided in the text I received while visiting and Real Joy Vacation had an agent contact me very quickly and they sent someone over to look for my makeup case. They found it and took it to their office. Luckily we were still in town so we were able to come back to their office to pick it up. They had also given me the option to mail it to me. Their whole staff was very friendly & helpful. I would recommend using their property management services to anyone."
