The overall condo was everything as stated in pictures. It has been the best looking condo we have stayed in at holiday isle. The only minor things was the cleanliness of the floor left your feet black and the trash bags that were provided were way too small for the trash cans in the kitchen, which was a little irritating every time you threw something away the bag would fall to the bottom. I would stay here again given the quality of the condo. Thanks!

The room and grounds were very clean. I love that the beach walk had a ramp for wagons and people who cannot do stairs well. Umbrella and chairs are first come first serve and don’t cost extra except for tipping. Laundry was on a separate floor and cost additional money.

We stayed on floor 2. Upon arrival the unit was clean and actually larger than expected. We traveled with two adults and four kids this trip and we had neighboring family members coming to visit throughout our stay. The property is secure and staff is very helpful. Our unit was managed by RealJoy and we booked through VRBO. The front desk and management staff were very helpful even though they were not the managers of the unit. We washed towels halfway through our trip and the laundry units on floor 4 and 6 were clean and open. Couple suggestions: At check-in, grab a luggage or shopping cart. The luggage carts at right out of a hotel and will likely hold ALL of your stuff in one trip. If you’re a unit closest to the beach, it will be a bit of a walk from the elevators but one trip is easy. There are stairways along the sides of the buildings. When you go to the beach, find the closest stairway and take it to the ground level. Quick access to the beach walkway. Our unit didn’t have reserved chairs on the beach. It was not an issue. We’ve spent time on 30A, Watercolor, etc. Chairs are always crazy expensive and you had to beat the rush. The beach staff here let’s you come down in the mornings and throw a towel or shirt over an umbrella to hold it. I went out at 7:30 one morning and grabbed an umbrella. We didn’t go back to the beach until noon and our setup was ready. Staff will come charge you…$50, two chairs. It’s a deal! Tips appreciated! We’ll be back!

This unit was great. The the whole unit, especially the bathrooms are nice and updated. The beach was even closer than it looked in the photos. It is also located a couple miles from all things Destin like harbor walk, McGuire’s, and the donut hole. I would say the only thing that was a draw back from the unit was lack of access to a washer/dryer. However, our stay wasn’t long enough to really be impacted by that.

Check in was a breeze. Staff at condo was very friendly and helpful at ck in. While this unit doesn’t come with chairs/umbrellas at the beach you can rent some by the day. Also you can check out tennis rackets and balls as well as pickle ball and shuffle board equipment from front desk!
Condo itself was VERY clean and just as pictured. Perfect for our family of 4! Bed was very comfortable.
Will absolutely be staying again!

The condo is located in a wonderful location. It’s an older building but nicely remodeled inside. My only complaint was that it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I ended up wiping down the balcony table and chairs so we could use them. I cleaned the toilets a bit because they didn’t appear clean and I have a little one. But it did not take away from an amazing trip. The front desk staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and close. The beach was beautiful and the pool area was very nice. We would stay at this location in the future.

This condo is exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean and inviting. The balcony view is perfect. High enough to see the ocean and only on the second floor so it is easy access to everything. The kitchen was fully loaded, so we were able to stay and cook for dinners, lunch and breakfast. This condo is a great one for a family. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our time at this property. It is bright, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. TAKE NOTE that the stove top only works with the metal handled pots. The front office has pickle ball and tennis equipment to borrow and the beach out front is white sands and clear water. While this unit does not include beach service, we had our own beach chairs and it wasn't a big deal. The property managers were very responsive to the few issues that we had.

The room was upgraded and decorated beautifully. Light colors and clean floors/bathrooms/bedrooms/kitchen. View is nice and the balcony is private which we enjoyed at night. We had trouble turning on the stove top even after using directions but I didn’t bother reaching out to the owners as my family rented a unit in the same condo as us and we were able to use their stove top instead. Passcode was emailed to us and check in took 5 mins up front. Lots of great local food close by and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This was our first trip to Destin and we couldn’t be happier. The unit was exactly as described and conveniently located to everything we needed but secluded enough to give us the peace and quiet on the beach we were looking for. Communication was great - nothing negative to report or changes needed that would have made the stay any better. Highly recommend…we will be back!
