Welcome to Lagoon View. This cozy 2-bedroom 2 bath Pet Friendly townhome is full of natural light and includes an inviting fully fenced in backyard with grill. Nestled in the Lower Grand Lagoon neighborhood, guests will find that both lagoon and beach accesses are just a short walk away. The open main floor features a king bedroom with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, access to the backyard, large closet and full bathroom. There is additional sleeping that kids will enjoy having their own space with a twin over full bunk bed. Upstairs guests will find the master bedroom which features a king bed also with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a full bathroom, and balcony access that overlooks the backyard. The second floor also features a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably in the home. The chef of the group will enjoy having an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Unwind after a full day in the sun in the living room curled up on the couch watching your favorite movie. Bring your drink of choice out onto the additional balcony off the living room and enjoy a cozy sitting area and views of Grand Lagoon.
