Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Canopies and umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of canopies and umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed and canopies shall not be left on the beach overnight. Maximum canopy size shall not exceed 10 feet by 10 feet. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.
Area Attractions:
If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! "Great Location With Oceanview! - The condo is located in a wonderful location. It’s an older building but nicely remodeled inside. My only complaint was that it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I ended up wiping down the balcony table and chairs so we could use them. I cleaned the toilets a bit because they didn’t appear clean and I have a little one. But it did not take away from an amazing trip. The front desk staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and close. The beach was beautiful and the pool area was very nice. We would stay at this location in the future."

"Amazing! - This condo is exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean and inviting. The balcony view is perfect. High enough to see the ocean and only on the second floor so it is easy access to everything. The kitchen was fully loaded, so we were able to stay and cook for dinners, lunch and breakfast. This condo is a great one for a family. We will definitely be returning!"

"A Great Place to Stay - We enjoyed our time at this property. It is bright, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. TAKE NOTE that the stove top only works with the metal handled pots. The front office has pickle ball and tennis equipment to borrow and the beach out front is white sands and clear water. While this unit does not include beach service, we had our own beach chairs and it wasn't a big deal. The property managers were very responsive to the few issues that we had."

"Beautifully upgraded condo - The room was upgraded and decorated beautifully. Light colors and clean floors/bathrooms/bedrooms/kitchen. View is nice and the balcony is private which we enjoyed at night. We had trouble turning on the stove top even after using directions but I didn’t bother reaching out to the owners as my family rented a unit in the same condo as us and we were able to use their stove top instead. Passcode was emailed to us and check in took 5 mins up front. Lots of great local food close by and I’d definitely recommend staying here."
