The lovely eating area and spacious living room layout displays amazing views of the Gulf! The extra roomy balcony has plenty of space to relax for all 8 guests at the end of a long beach day! There is also a washer/dryer so you can return home from your vacation and NOT have a huge pile of laundry to do! Do you want to surf the web instead of waves? Enjoy the private high-speed internet in the unit. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts and a deli market with a Starbucks. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2050 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

*During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort issues ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes are issued for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, 1 and 2 bedroom units can be issued 2 parking passes. *
